Following conventions exist for the naming of the land use observation points
during field work of the survey teams:
- Two letters
- and consecutive number
Continue with the consecutive numbering in the next year!
Do not start with 1 again !

- All coverages are stored in lat/long references.
They can be easily converted with ILUDCon.
- All field data (DBMS) have lat/long references.
All references to administrative units follow the BPS system:
- First two digits: Propinsi
- Next two digits: Kabupaten
- Next three digits: Kecamatan
- Next three digits: Desa
