Land Use Observation Points:

Following conventions exist for the naming of the land use observation points during field work of the survey teams:

• Two letters
  Example: AB
• and consecutive number
  Example: 341
  Continue with the consecutive numbering in the next year!
  Do not start with 1 again !

  Example: AB341

Projection:

• All coverages are stored in lat/long references.
  They can be easily converted with ILUDCon.

• All field data (DBMS) have lat/long references.

Administrative Units:

All references to administrative units follow the BPS system:

Example: 32-14-070

• First two digits: Propinsi
• Next two digits: Kabupaten
• Next three digits: Kecamatan
• Next three digits: Desa
