Yumi was born on December 20th, 1966 in Chiba. She works for Aoni Productions.

Janyse Jaud has done the voices of Jazmin in "Conan", Lady Frenzy in "Bots Master", Eva and Maria Braun in "Kishin Corps", Aira in "Green Legend Ran", Isaoka and the opening narrarator in "Ogre Slayer" and Sliced Ice from "Skysurfer Strikeforce" as well as many of the background voices in "Ranma 1/2," (a St. Hebereke Teacher). She has also appeared in an episode of the "X-Files" as a nurse. Jaud is currently working on the dubbed "Maison Ikkoku" series as the voice of Akemi Roppongi.
