Win/V
Win/V permantly alters American Windows 3.1 if you don't back up certain files(included in instructions)This will enable you to run Win/J specific programs(like that pesky Tenchi Muyo CD-ROM), as well as recognize Japanese characters in Netscape. But NJWIN is better just for Netscape.
NJWIN
NJWIN is a program that lets you read Japanese characters through Netscape. Even though Netscape claims to support Shift-JIS format, it lies. Internet Explorer does have an international edition that supports Shift-JIS(but I wouldn't recommend it)
JWP is an excellent Japanese Word Processor that lets you write in Katakana, Hiragana, Romaji and Kanji. I suggest that you download all the files, as they are useful.
JWP File 5(for Win '95/NT only)
