Efnet #UNSW has been established since early 1996. It was originally used for people in #hongkong who go to the University of New South Wales to have private chats together. After a period of time, this channel got bigger, more people joined and so we decided to make it a permanent channel. We have people from many different backgrounds - some in different uni, some in high school, some are working already, and some from overseas. Majority are, afterall, Chinese from Hong Kong but we do have people from other Asian countries, and a few non-Asians.

Here is a list of most people that have participated in #UNSW, including those who don't turn up often or have stopped playing already. However, this list is not complete, with some people left out for various reasons. At the moment, I have a total of 146 people in my list, with a ratio of Male:Female = 53:93 (last update 11/2/99).
