Now let's talk about the Control Panel. How to drag this entire control strip up or down the side of the screen or sideways, to the opposite edge? You can't drag the Strip to the middle of the screen. It must hug the right or left side.

1) This is called Control Strip. It usually stays at the bottom of the screen.

2) Click "Option" and notice the arrow of the mouse converted into hand to drag this control strip.
