Lucrezia Noin   Code Name: Water
Seiyuu: Yokohama Chisa (Sasami)

Noin is a nineteen year old MS pilot who used to not believe in battle, but since she was a good commander she used knowledge to help teach new trainees. She is also Zech's friend and ex-classmate.   She has short purple hair and blue/purple/black eyes. (the picture is small!)
OAV: Part of the Preventer's group yet ends up leaving to join with Zechs/Miliardo.
 
 

Lady Une/Anne   Codename: Fire
Seiyuu: Sayuri

Lady Une. Well, it is very difficult to describe her. She works for Trieze and ties her hair in two buns, wears glasses and often appears strict and in command. However, around the latter part of the series she 'changes' into a nicer and less commanding person, and leaves her hair down.  I suppose she changes her entire appearance? She does this partially because she has to represent OZ when greeting Miliardo Peacecraft. She is extremely devoted to Trieze and will lay her life on the line for his safety.
She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
OAV: She's one of the leaders of the Preventer's Group.

Sally Po
Seiyuu:

Sally Po helps destroy OZ and used to be a medical assisant for OZ. She first appears in Gundam W as a medical assisant who takes care of Heero when Relena brings him in, hurt. Later, she helps Wu-fei with his mental problem - soemthign about being too weak to fight people stronger than him? She tells him why weak people fight even if they know they will loose. Her answer surprises Wu-fei.
She has long brown hair in two twists.
OAV: Is the head of the Preventers' Group which stops terrorists, she convinced WuFei to join the group at the end of Endless Waltz.


Dr. J
Seiyuu:

Dr. J is the one who gives assignments to Heero, and probably the one who taught Heero how to be a terriorist. Dr. J also is the one who tells Relena about Heero after her father's death. He tells her how Heero was once unlike the killer he is now.   He has long gray/white hair and always has a goofy grin.   He wears these glasses that look like they are plastered to his face.


Catharine Bloom
Seiyuu:


Catharine works in the circus and is supposed to be Trowa's long lost sister. She is very protective of him. For example, when Trowa looses his memory, she doesn't allow Quatre to take him back to once again pilot Heavyarms.   She has long curling red hair.  It's straight and then curles around her face
OAV: All she does is work in the circus on the high wire?


Dorothy Catolonia
Seiyuu: Matsui Naoko

Dorothy is a relative of Trieze. (I think...?) She comes to live with Relena as a student. I have no idea how old she is, but she is old enough to drive.  Later, she becomes an officer and one of the commanders under Zechs - White Fang. She helps him control the Mobile Dolls. When she is a student who comes to visit Relena, she's with her..grandfather? Anyhow, she has a certian animosity against Quatre.. maybe because he was able to figure out her mobile doll structure.  She has veyr long blond hair and an attitude!
Movie: she helps rally people to believe in the Gundams (quite a change from her previous self)


Hilde Schwieker
Seiyuu:

She works for OZ but later she helps him get out and back to his Gundam. Later, Duo stays at her house temporarily. She has purple-black short hair.  She isn't that great of a pilot, but she supports Duo's cause since she risks her life to give them important information.


Rasid
Seiyuu:

Rasid is the leader of the Maganac, a group that supports Quatre and the Gundams,   He is very protective of Quatre and treats him like a son, but also calls him "master Quatre."


Heero Yuy - The Real One
Seiyuu:

Heero Yuy was a representative for the colonies.   However, his peaceful method was not liked by some groups, so he was assasinated. I think Quinze and Dekim and another person were in on the assasination.


Howard
Seiyuu:

He helps Duo repair his Gundam DS.  ALways wears a shirt with palm trees and is bald.   I think he helped make the Tallgeese?



 

Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz OAV/Movie Characters

Meirameia Kushrenada
Seiyuu: ?

Meirameia Kushrenada claims to be Trieze's daughter. She tries to once again try the Operation Meteor to take over Earth. She kidnaps Relena Peacecraft and tries to make her convince Earth to surrender because they will be destroyed by her otherwise. She is about eight?seven?? years old.
 

Codename: Wind
Seiyuu: Koyasu Takehito(Hotohori/Rezo)
Wind. Well, he's a mysterious character..unless of course you've seen the OAVs. ****SPOILER**** Actually, he's Zechs/Miliardo Peacecraft in disguise.  He's working for the preventers group.


Dekim
Seiyuu: ??

He has been taking care of Meirameia Kushrenada for the past few years. In a way, he's using her to take comtrol of the colony, since the colony only listens to her commands. He's probably also the one who figured out the plan to make the colony independent.
