VLSM.org (formerly Virtual Lembaga Suadaya Masyarakat Teknologi Jari/Jalan Tengah) was established on July 27, 1996 as an Internet-based virtual non-government organization (V-NGO). Its headquarter is in Pamulang, however, all VLSM.org's activities are on the Internet. See also VLSM.org's Strategic Plan 2000-2010.
