PERSONAL COMMENTS ABOUT SAINT SEIYA

-THE STORY is excellent. The combination of greek mithology, clothes,fighting, friendship, etc, for me combines perfect.

-One thing that is superb for me is THE MUSIC. I want to thank that genius named Seiji Yokoyama for creating those wonderful themes like:

*The theme of Hyoga visiting his mother.

*The theme when Seiya is held by Bear Geki.

*The theme when Shaka tells Ikki to make his Fenix cloth to be reborn from its ashes.

*The Hyoga/Camus death tune.

* etc,etc.

-THE CHARACTERS, the bigger part of them are fine, except the steel saints (what the hell are doing there). My favorite characters are, in order in each categorie:

*From the bronze saints:Shiryu,Ikki,and tied Seiya, Hyoga and Shun.

*From the gold saints:

Mu,Saga,Shaka,Ayoria,Camus,Ayoros,Shura,Milo, Old Master,Death Mask,Aphrodite,Aldebaran.

*From the God Warriors of Asegard: Mime,Sigfried,Hagen,Cyd,Bud,Albirich, Toll,Fenril.

*From the 7 Generals of Poseidon:Kanon,Sorrento,and then far from these two, the other five.

As you see my favorite characters are Shiryu,Aries Mu,Ikki,Gemini Saga, and Virgo Shaka.

Shiryu.- What I like from him is the sacrifice spirit he has all time. And also he is the most intelligent of the bronze saints.

Mu.- What makes me to like him is the mistery that sorrounds him. You don´t know how powerful he is,but I´m sure his one of the most poweful, or should I say the most powerful of the 12 gold saints.

Ikki.- I like him beacause he is the one who takes the minimum number of difficulties to defeat his opponents, from the bronze saints. His fight with Shaka is one of the best of all the series.

Saga.- He has a great power that is proved at the fact that he killed the previous pope who is said is over the 88 saints. A great gold saint.

Shaka.- No need words to say why I like this character, don´t you think so.

-A few errors or contradictions I find in the series are:

*If Seiya went to train to the sanctuary 6 years ago and Saga killed the pope 13 years ago, then who was the pope who gave pegasus cloth to Seiya in the series it seems to be the previous pope but for the time it had to be Saga, then what a good person was Saga.

*There are times that the quality of the drawings decrease from one episode to another like the third episode of Milo or the second of Aphrodite.

*There are times the the horns of Mu are drawn too bad.

*The traslation to spanish has a lot of little mistakes like saying Gemini Shaka or little phrases without sense.

- THE MOVIES, the four are good, maybe a little repetitive. It is obvious that the third one is the best if you seen all of them you will agree me. How about the part when Seiya,Hyoga and Shiryu got the gold clothes wasn´t it great.
