Silver Room -- Imperial Palace @ GE

Sparsely furnitured, the spacious hall of the room features a large window, overlooking the capital, spread on the plains below the palace, this room is still by no means spartan. The walls are a uniform silver color, glittering faintly and eerily in the light, almost looking like they are indeed made of silver. A large double bed in the corner is covered by perfect silk blankets, dyed silver, and matching pillows of highest quality appear to be extremely soft and inviting for a good night's rest. The area in front of a small marble fireplace sports a fur rug and several pillows, and heavy, big and comfy chairs, embroidered with the coat of arms of Elysian kings.

Kunzite comes in from Guests' Wing , swinging the door open and closing it behind himself.
Kunzite has arrived.

Elysion time: Saturday, Month of Gemini, 5 15:22:50 2982 GC (Afternoon)

Moon Phase: Waning Gibbous

Serenity is seated in front of that large window, idly reading a well-worn, leather-bound book. She has yet to notice anyone's entrance.

Kunzite walks in the door slowly. "Good afternoon, Serenity-hime."

Serenity blinks, at that, turning to Kunzite, blue eyes widening. She closes that book and places it in her lap, smiling lightly in greeting. "Good day."

Kunzite nods lightly. "I hope you are still finding your stay here enjoyable?"

Serenity blinks again at the question, nodding slowly. "Yes, of course... Though..." She sighs, now, peering out that window as she admits softly, "...I miss home..."

Kunzite nods. "Thats a matter which I wished to speak with you about. If you would, Princess?"

Serenity raises a blonde eyebrow at that, turning back to glance at him. "Oh? ...Err..." She smiles benevolently, nodding. "Yes, of course."

Kunzite sits in a chair, then addresses Serenity. "Most of your princesses have said that they miss home. From your previous statement, I assume that you sympathize with them?"

Serenity blinks again, nodding slowly. "Well... Yes... I've never been away from home before, and... You must admit that we've been away for an awfully long time."

Kunzite hmms gently. "Yes, you have. I apologize for this, but it is caution which restrains us from sending you home immediately, with the sabatogers who damaged your first flight still at large."

Serenity smiles gently at that, giving another slow nod. "I understand...It's only for the best... For our safety." She sighs heavily, then, blue eyes dropping to the floor as she mumbles ever-so softly, voice barely above a whisper, "I /have/ enjoyed myself here, but....I /miss/ my home."

Kunzite smiles slightly. "I think, perhaps that it might happen soon. I promise you, though, Princess. You will be sent home within the month, sabotage or not. And I will see to your saftey personally.", he chuckles softly. "I do think that the Prince might miss the Princesses. You esppecially, Serenity-hime."

Serenity smiles again, suddenly, glancing back up. "Thank you, Kunzite..." She says, softly. "I couldn't think of anyone I'd feel safer with..." She admits, smile brightening. She blushes at that last comment, though, gaze dropping again as she mumbles, "...I will miss him, too.."

Kunzite's smile widens a tiny bit. "That is good, Serenity-hime. I would like to see a long peace between our two nations."

Serenity blinks, at that, head canting to one side as she peers at the white-haired general. "What do you mean?"

Kunzite mms slightly. "Nothing beyond that I wish our nations peace together. I feel that kindness between the two future leaders of our kingdoms is key in this."

Serenity's cheeks flush at that, as she notes, "I certainly hope your Prince and I... Remain kind to each other, in the future..." Her blush darkens as she wonders several moments later, "...Have the Emperor and Empress... Well... Is Endymion... Promised to anyone?"

Kunzite's smile widens a moment, then returns to its previous size. "No, he is not, Princess."

Serenity glances back up, smiling brightly, "Good." She blinks suddenly, head shaking vigorously. "I mean... Err.. I was only curious." Blush.

Kunzite chuckles, and gives Serenity a gentle smile. "Of course it was, Princess. Just know, that such a thing would be welcomed by the Elysium."

Serenity blinks again. "...Such a? ..Such a what?" Blinkblink. Really.. She isn't normally this clueless.

Kunzite hmms. "Why, whatever you were blushing for, of course."

Serenity just blushes more, at that. "...Do you think it would ever work, Kunzite?" She wonders, idly.

A female voice knocks from Guests' Wing -- Imperial Palace @ GE and shouts "Serenity?"

Kunzite hmms. "There is a good chance, I think, Princess. Endymion seems to show a certain fondness for you, although it may be that you are the only Princess that shows kindness back to him. I doubt this, however, and do think that it may work."

Serenity smiles lightly. "...I hope so." She blinks those blue eyes at that shouting, then, peering toward the door. "Errr... Come in?" She calls hesitantly.

Rose comes in from Guests' Wing , swinging the door open and closing it behind herself.
Rose has arrived.

Kunzite looks up, and smiles as he spots the entrant from his seat. "Good afternoon, love."

Rose says "Afternoon, Serenity -- oh, hello, Kunzite." She smiles brightly. "Fancy meeting you here."

Serenity smiles, too, greeting Rose with an informal, "Hey!" She points to the seat beside Kunzite. "Join us?"

Rose laughs. "I wouldn't be here if I hadn't planned to join you -- I wanted to know if you had some time to chat, that's all. Haven't seen you much lately." She slides into the offered seat with another fond smile for Kunzite. It's positively disgusting. Be wary of cavities.

Kunzite smiles back at Rose.

Serenity smiles again. "I've always time to chat with /you/, Rose." She notes, winking a bright blue eye at her. "...How are you?"

Rose laughs delightedly. Yes, she's in a good mood. "Fabulous, actually. And you?"

Serenity smiles at that. "Good to hear... I am well, also...." She notes, before wondering, "What was it you wanted to chat about?"

Rose smiles faintly. "Just to chat, really -- but Kunzite, what brings you here?"

Kunzite says "I wanted to speak with Serenity-hime about going home."

Serenity nods slowly in agreement with Kunzite. "...Yes... I've missed it." She admits, quietly.

Rose clears her throat faintly. "For once, I would sort of prefer to be in a place with lighter gravity.."

Serenity blinks at that, head canting to one side. "Lighter gravity is always nice..." She admits, grinning. She sighs, faintly, noting, "...Although I've started getting used to it... Too much more time in /this/ gravity will just kill me."

"Well, it's not always nice, but occasionally helpful..." Rose trails off, smiling dreamily at Kunzite.

Kunzite smiles back at Rose, taking her hand.

Serenity frowns confusedly, at that.. "Helpful? ..How?"

Rose clears her throat again. "We're going to be parents, Serenity."

Kunzite smiles.

Serenity just blinks. "/You/? ...You are?" She blinks more, muttering quietly, "Wow.." After a moment she beams, "That's wonderful!"

Rose, who was looking faintly troubled, smiles widely. "Isn't it, though?"

Kunzite smiles, too.
