Wednesday - July 2, 1997:
On Wednesday, the Carnival Inspiration ported on the island of St. Lucia. We decided to take a bus tour of the island which turned out pretty nice. The tour bus made many stops but the best ones were the tropical garden and the beach. While at the tropical garden, we took a walking tour through the garden where we saw tropical fruits much, much larger than any those sold in the market back at home. At the end of the tour, the garden's hosts treated us to gourmet samplers and juices made from those tropical fruits. They were great. At the beach, we took a dip in the warm Caribbean water and bathed in the sun.
