Josh's $0.02: Faye's annual album tradition continues with "Fable", an apt fitting title since the first 5 songs fit together like a story and the last half of the album is the second act. Faye composed the first 5 songs on the album and co-produced every track on the album as well. The album contains two Cantonese covers and includes a bonus VCD featuring her Head & Shoulders commercial and theme song "Chanel". This is a very strong album release from Faye and the first 5 songs are truly something. However, the album may take a few listens before you can fully appreciate it. Hits include: "Love Letter To Myself", "The Book Of Laughter And Forgetting", "Chanel", "New Tenant", "Firefly", and "Goodbye Firefly".

Note: The songs with letters in parentheses above have essentially the same musical arrangement. Also, a Japanese release version of the album was released in February 2001. It includes all 12 songs on the album, plus "Eyes On Me" (Almighty Radio Mix) and Faye's first Japanese song, a cover of "Chanel".
