Meeting minutes from the 4/02/2000 meeting.

We discussed how the executive committee will schedule a meeting with Alan Cohen and Elise for next week on either Monday (04/10/00), Tuesday (04/11/00) or Thursday (04/13/00) at 6:00pm, if possible. Peter will call Alan to set this meeting up.

Points of interest to discuss with Alan are as follows:

·         $15 per month fees, details as to whom has paid for 1999 and 2000 and whom is behind in their payments.

·         The transfer process of the association and it’s executive committee to the new executive committee.

·         Retrieve the master copy of the Homeowner’s Association guideline manual. This should include all changes.

·         A project plan/work schedule for any and all outstanding work. This should include the road completion, Landscaping and leftover dirt piles.

·         Request Alan’s thoughts on a Management Company. Any recommendations?

·         A list of all of the homeowners, their address and possibly the phone number. This information would be kept confidential unless the executive committee has approval, by the homeowner, to make this information available to public.

·         We will request a listing of any payments made by Alan in the 1999 year through current date.

·         Request any information that Alan may have on any expenses that may occur within the next year or so to allow the executive committee to budget these one-shot type of expenses.
