nicknames: anal(e), annalee, annie, jonissa, doofus, dork, geek, gick, be gio, pooch religion: roman catholic hometown: seattle shampoo or conditioner: pert....saves me the trouble ever gone skinny dipping? what moi? naaaah....not my cup of tea favorite color: white, creme, black, dark brown, gray....earth tone colors for clothes, blue, and red ever been convicted of a crime? *innocent* one pillow or two: 2 when my nose is congested pets: parakeets died of malnutrition & fishes died of overfeeding....a girl just can't do anything right these days favorite type of music: hip hop, r&b, dance mixes, old school, chinese ballads, retro, piano/classical, new age hobbies: internet (go figure!), clubbing, dining, rollerblading, sleeping, traveling, reading dream car: classic convertible rolls royce type of car i drive now: '97 accord words or phrases i over use: "omigosh!....what a doofus!....shaddup!....what's up with that?....what are you trying to say?"....dang, I sound ditzy, don't I? favorite food: french, chinese, thai, vietnamese, korean, sushi & anything beef most romantic thing that ever happened: having my honeyfart spontaneously propose to me in a room full of relatives & friends how do I characterize myself, romantic or hopeless romantic? pathetically hopeless romantic favorite town to chill in: vancouver favorite place to shop: vancouver favorite ice cream: starbucks' java chip favorite drink: pina colada, strawberry daiquiri (virgin of course), fresh sugar cane and coconut, pearl tea, tropical fruit shakes bed time: 11 pm or whenever I start drooling favorite perfume/cologne: prescriptive colors, prescriptive calyx, issey miyake, liz sport favorite sport to watch: baseball and basketball....only whent he mariners and sonics have a success season....hee hee most humiliating moment: too many to list! Loudest person: Viet guys at bowling alleys, my mom and especially my sister(!) craziest or silliest person: moi! accomplishments: owning my own house(!), receiving many outstanding awards, making it on the Governor's Blue Book for my achievements at work what do i look for in the opposite sex? intelligence, height, honesty, humor, kind, loyalty, chivalry, romantic, good-looking, handyman, and blah blah....all those qualities combined together basically describe my honeyfart michael!

birthplace

vietnam....i'm a full-blood vietnamese. as you can see in my pictures, iI can pass for chinese or japanese. i like to fool other vietnamese by pretending to be chinese. I love eavesdropping in their conversation and finding out what they have to say about me. shhh....do not pass it on to your vietnamese friends. hee hee unfortunately, i'm not proficient in my native language since i've been living in the states for approximately 25 years(!). sorry to say, but iI've somewhat lost my vietnamese identity. iI'm what you would call a borderline traditional vietnamese and american. to confuse you further, i'm a chinese wannabe whose wish is to verbally master the chinese dialect mMandarin. *sniff sniff* another wish that won't come true. the story of my life....

education

....my concentrations were human resource management and marketing/advertising. i work for a state licensing agency doing licensing, personnel, budgeting/planning, and training. i also developed and maintain two websites for the state. yeah, a lot of responsibilities! who said state employees are lazy and incompetent? :) i previously worked in the private sector which didn't cut it for me. i swore to never return due to some horrific ordeal that resulted in 4 months of misery and a couple of days worth of tears. yes, it had to do with a jealous, nasty co-worker who took all measures to get me fired. oooh....just writing about it, gives me a lump in my throat. *sniff sniff* poor, poor me.

travel

i love traveling and exploring other major cities. I have the tendency to visit the same cities frequently, such as vancouver , san francisco , san diego, los angeles, and new york city . i need to be more adventurous, eh? :) in the near future, iI'd like to travel overseas to taiwan, hong kong, singapore, and european countries. i don't care for tropical islands with sandy white beaches and crystal clear blue water because the only swimming technique I know is drowning! museums, historical/scenic sites, shops, asian restaurants, and popular landmarks are all on my places-to-see checklist. the most beautiful cities i've been to so far are vancouver, san francisco, san diego, montreal, washington dc, and seattle. :)

cuisine

i enjoy binging on japanese, thai, korean, chinese, vietnamese, and french foods until i have to unbuckle my belt for more tummy expansion! i love red meat. the redder the better! yum yum! you'd be amazed to see how much food one skinny girl can stuff in her tummy! i always end up being the last to leave the table. music

i like listening to diversed kinds of music, such as classical (especially piano), new age, chinese melodies, old school, retro, r&b, hip hop, adult contemporary, and pop music. i listen to mostly chinese melodies and dance mixes.

sports

gosh, no lecturing please!!!! apparently, iI'm quite inactive. let me be to enjoy my laziness. lately, i've been doing some ab crunches to reduce the extra weight on my tummy. that's what I get for eating too much, eh?
