I AM

I AM the Universe.
                         I AM the spin and swirl of galaxies.
                                           I AM the movement of planets in their orbits.
                  I AM a comet in the night sky.
   I AM a human being.
            Moving with flow of Spirit.
I AM an atom
              Containing ALL That Is.
       I AM the Universe,
       Laughing as I dance.
I AM Life.

Have You Seen the Mountain ?
The birds have vanished into the sky,
and now the last cloud drains away.
We sit together, the mountain and me,
until only the mountain remains.                        
                                                                                                  

Establish Our Own Destiny ! Man always says that time flies and life
is meaningless, especially when the year comes to an end. We have grown a
year older but at the same time our lives are one year shorter. Life is
so short that we always wonder what we are doing. We are reminded that we
should make full use of our lives to do what we should do. Life will
become meaningful and valuable if we have made it worthy for ourselves as
well as for other people and the community. The journey of life, whether
it is short or long, is precious and should not be wasted. Every day is a
good day if we make it a healthy and a kind one. On the other hand, it
will be an evil day if one spends it with evil deeds and thoughts.
Whether it is a good day or evil day depends on how do we make it. We are
the master of our own destiny. Nobody but us, can decide it.

Our Karma creates the script of the world around us. And
with each thought, word and deed, we write and re-edit the script of our
life for the future.
