"Who Am I?" starts off in a cave while two workers in heavy duty chemical suits bring out a very large comet fragment. The cave workers shimmy up a cable rope and they carefully pull up the comet and bring it to a scientist. The scientist looks at the fragment and finds that the inner core has an enormous amount of energy inside it. He tells one of the workers to bring it to the lab and "hurry". The worker takes the comet sealed inside a metal canister and goes as fast as he can going over bumps. Meanwhile the canister next to him is bouncing and shaking and soon starts to morph and expand, the worker looks at it and screams. Then it blows up. The next scene shows military helicopters flying high. One crane-helicopter drops a huge black case with briefcases on it into the forest below. A military plane with a net attached to it hovers above the trees. The military units then jump onto the net, and some use cables and slide down to the ground. The captain shouts comands to all of the men. Jackie, number tag 523 is ordered to bomb the top of a trailer where the scientists were working on the rock. Jackie bombs it and the military comes in to capture the scientists. When the mission is completed the general, General Morgan shouts to the men, "What's your name?!" the men reply "Don't know sir!" Morgan says "Where you from?!" the men reply "Don't know sir!" With the mission completed, Jackie gathers the backpacks and puts them into the helicopter. The next scene is in a CIA meeting, all of the generals are talking about who is to blame. The generals cannot decide. When the meeting is finished, three generals, including Agent Morgan, begin to talk, and Morgan shakes hands with General Sharman and he slips him a peice of paper. When they are done speaking, the general with the paper went and read it, it said "Your plan worked, mission completed." The general then put the paper into his pipe and burns it. The next scene you see Jackie in a "butt" picture of him lying on his stomach, he wakes up and doesn't know where he is (he's somewhere in South Africa), he has something wrapped around his leg. He sumbles out of the bed and sees some natives coming to his room. They try to explain who they are, the Chief says that they found him over the mountain. He told him who he was and asked Jackie who he was. Jackie says"Who am I?" so the natives think that is his name so that is what they call him. He slowly recovers and begins to pick up some of the native's language. He takes Baba, a young native, and tries to ask him how many days it takes to walk over the mountain. Baba replied, "One day." That day, the natives tell him that they saw a "Miracle over the mountain," and they tell Jackie to follow them. Jackie sees a burnt helicopter and he has a flahback of his mission. He sees himself hanging out of the helicopter grabbing someone else. He then sees the people introducing themselves, but he didn't see himself saying his name or where he is from. Then the flashback ends. The natives told him they dug 8 graves. That night, while Jackie was at a dance of the natives, a few of them told Jackie to come with him. Jackie sees headlights in the distance, he takes a pair of binoculars and sees several cars, he says he can leave. The next day the chief has a ceremony for him and Jackie goes off with a few natives. On the way Jackie sees a skeleton hanging from a tree. He has another flashback, he sees himself hanging out of the helicopter hanging onto a man holding a gun. The flash back ends. He looks through the man's clothing and finds matches that say "11 done one too many". Jackie goes off by himself. On the way he finds a man bitten by a snake and a woman on a hill screaming for help. Jackie sucks the poison out of the man and chews some medicine, the girl on the hill thinks he is eating her brother and tries to scare him off. Jackie helps her brother and puts a coconut I.V. on him. Then he drives the car, they are in a race, so Jackie drives fast and eventually they catch up and win. He gets hounded by reporters, and he is on the newspaper the next day. When General Sharman sees it the next day he calls Agent Morgan and says that one of them is still alive and wants him dead, so Morgan orders men to find him. Meanwhile, Yuki, the girl Jackie was with, drove him into town to see an amnesia specialist. When Jackie got there he was stopped by a reporter wanting an "In depth article" on him. Jackie avoids her and sees the specialist. The specialist tells him there is no immediate cure and he should go to the Police Station and check out the missing persons place. Jackie avoids the reporter and goes the other way. Yuki tells Jackie he can use her brother's hotel room for a few days. Then Jackie is approached by 3 CIA agents and they tell him to come into a room. Agent Morgan is waiting inside. Morgan tells Jackie that he was found in South Africa with no memory and that he can help them with a top-secret case, Morgan walks by the door, turns around and says,"523, mean anything to you?" Jackie replies, "What?" Morgan then says "Good," and he leaves. Meanwhile, in a lab where the scientists are working on the comet. The terrorists order the scientists to increase the power from the comet. They protest, but they do it anyway. It works at first, but then it expands and the whole lab blows up. Everything explodes and they abort the test. The power at the hospital goes beserk and the patients need to evacuate. Next, Jackie goes to the Police Station, he complains about having to wait for a sergeant. While the Sargeant is yelling at Jackie an officer sees Jackie's face on the wanted list. A few cops from internal security come in and handcuff Jackie. They put him in a car and take him to a building, he has another flashback of being in the building. The cops throw him in a chair and rough him up a bit. The interrogator asks Jackie where he took the scientists, why he took them, and where his friends were. He didn't know the answers to these questions. A man was spinning a keychain and he had another flashback, he saw the team introducing themselves, when Jackie was just about to say who he was a man inturrupted him, this time he remembered everything. He saw the team introducing themselves, when Jackie was just about to say who he was a man inturrupted him. he saw a man telling them what a great team they were, and then another pulled gun on them. One man said they only had 2 parachutes, then one jumped. When the other jumps Jackie dove after him, all of the team grabbed Jackie, they were dangling out of the helicopter. Jackie accidentally let go of the man and he fell into the forest. Soon, the helicopter made a sharp turn and the team dropped Jackie, he fell through the trees, hitting branch after branch. He fell on the ground, and his flashback ended. The questioner showed him 54 passports and again asked him where his friends were. Jackie replied "They are all dead." The questioner got frusturated and hit him many times and then left the room. Jackie then fought against the four cops that were there using the chairs in the room, he jumps up and pulls the handcuffs under him. He runs to the top of a building, wraps himself with a cable and jumps off a railing, spinning the whole way down. Dizzy, he stumbles away. The next scene Jackie comes out of a cab and goes towards the hotel where Yuki told him to stay. A man wearing black walked past Jackie and whispered into a mic,"He's on his way in." When Jackie got inside the reporter who stopped him at the hospital approached him again. Jackie asked her to pay the cab driver and then he would give her the story. When she was walking outside another man whispered,"Check her out," into a mic. Then two men came up to her claiming they were with the police took her into the parking lot. Meanwhile, Jackie was up in his room when three men came in, Jackie tried to get the handcuffs off but he heard a noise, one of the men accidentally pressed a key on the piano. Jackie checked it out and then saw one man, he punched him then a few others came after him, Jackie got away by doing some cool stunts by fitting himself into a corner of the building and sliding down. He saw that the reporter was hancuffed to a car and her came up to her and told her to drive. He shifted the gears because she was handcuffed to part of the car. On the way Jackie saw Yuki and told her to get it. They started to drive but down they got stuck in some mud and rocks. They all changed places and Yuki drove. A chase scene began involving many car stunts. When the chase ended, the reporter unhandcuffed Jackie. She was looking through Jackie's stuff when she saw the matches that said,"11 done one too many." She soon solved it, it was a telephone number for a company in Rotterdam called,"Heinex Holdings." Jackie decided to fly there. He had the reporter come with him. When they were there they went to a coffee shop across the street from Heinex Holdings. Jackie decides to call Morgan, the reporter signals she is going to the bathroom. Jackie talks to Morgan and tells him he is in Rotterdam. Morgan says that he will send men to "help" him. Jackie then ends the converstation and hangs up. He is at the table and waiting for the reporter when he sees a blinking light on her recorder, he rewinds it and listens to the conversation he just had. The reporter came back and he asks her why she taped him. He looks for a bug and finds it under a lamp shade. He yells at her and she says she will do anything for a story, and she lifts up her hair to reveal an earpeice. Frusturated, Jackie sits down thinking about what just happened. She apologizes. Jackie looks at her camera, she knows that he is going to grab it so she apologizes again and Jackie snatches the camera. He opens it and sees that it is a gun. He yells at her and says she isn't a reporter. She then replies,"I'm with the CIA," Jackie yells very confused, then he sees a bunch of men running towards the shop, Jackie blames it on the now CIA agent and runs away, another chase/fight breaks out. Jackie dodges punches and runs through the street fighting off the people one by one. During the fight Jackie's shoes come off so the bad guys go for the toes, which is pretty funny. Soon Jackie takes action after he puts on some wooden shoes and throws them at the bad guys. Then he puts a pair of shoes on and starts giving them a taste of their own medicine by stepping on their feet. After they are taken care of, Jackie runs away from another group of people chasing him. Then he calls Morgan again, Morgan lies and tells him he will get to Rotterdam in 3-4 hours even though he was already there. He also told him not to trust anybody. Jackie decides to go to Heinex Holdings and see what was going on. He got in by going into garbage chute and climbing a ladder up. Meanwhile, Mr. Armano, an arms dealer that was planning to buy the comet went into the building also. So, once Jackie was in, he stumbled upon the General, Morgan, and Mr. Armano discussing the comet. This is after taking care of a couple thugs. He was carefully walking around a room when he acclidentally pressed a button that made a canvas by the ceiling cover the room. Jackie then does his trademark move of doing three hops up into the canvas just before it closed. He stumbled onto a vent so he crawled over to where Mr. Armano and General Sharman were waiting for half a million dollars that were for the comet was processing through their labtops. General Sharman went into the other room to get a drink and Mr. Armano followed. Jackie found this as the perfect time to snatch the disc, he came down from the vent and crawled over to the desk with the disc and the computers on it. Jackie took the disc and had the idea to make the money go to the "Save The Children Fund." Then Jackie goes to the door, right when a man with a pot of coffee comes through the door, Jackie takes the pot and pours coffee into the cups right when the two come in. The two sit down in their chairs and see what had just happened. The general knows that it had to be Jackie and he shouts,"He's in the building!" Morgan comes in very angry, he then storms out saying that the team who kills Jacke will get 1 million dollars. Meanwhile next door, Jackie walks in on Sharman and Mr. Armano. He begins to yell at them asking why they could kill people just for a disc. General Sharman tries to hit Jackie, but Jackie ducks and Sharman falls, then Mr. Armano tries to grab it and Jackie kicks him. A team comes in and shout that they have found him, Jackie grabs the disc and runs. Jackie runs from the teams and soon walks in on Morgan, who is trying to reach a gun. Jackie stops him and yells at him blaming him for the people coming after him. Morgan said those weren't his men. Morgan asks where the disc is and Jackie said that he changed the account to the Save the Children Fund. Morgan yells at him and says that he had just blown a two year investigation. Jackie is very confused and he sits down on a chair. He hands Morgan the gun and the disc. He starts to walk away, and Morgan puts the gun to Jackie's head and pulls the trigger, but it doesn't shoot. Jackie turns around and hits Morgan and says,"I may have amnesia, but I'm not supid!" and he hits Morgan again and takes the disc and runs to the top of the building, where he is stopped by two men. They say that he can give them the disc and jump off, or they can take the disc and throw him off. Jackie replies,"I like the third choice, I keep the disc and throw you off" One man sits down and takes his watch and asks another man,"How long?" he replies,"30 seconds" and he begins the first round. The Asian is winning and he sends Jackie to the ground in 29 seconds. The next time, Jackie wastes the Asian by wrapping and unwrapping him in his own shirt and punching him many times. He sends the Asian to the ground. The other man (Ron) begins to approach Jackie, he kicks him a few times and then does a standing split (Just like Ken Lo's in DM2). They begin to fight and they are fairly even during the fight, soon they play a revised game of mercy, they kicked each other's legs over and over, Ron was the first to stop. He begins to rub his legs. Jackie yells "Come on, come on!" and then he bends down to rub his legs too. The time was up and they began again, Jackie does some dazzling moves. Soon, the Asian yells,"Game over!" They both storm Jackie with a flurry of kicks and punches. Jackie does some dangerous moves where he could have fallen off the edge of the building. During the fight Jackie's bag, with the disc inside, falls over the building into the carpark. Morgan walks in on them and asks where the bag is, the Asian said,"It fell into the carpark." So Morgan goes after it. Jackie finishes Ron off by grabbing a bag of chalk and smashing it over his head, and he took care of the Asian by taking his earing and twisting it until it came off. Jackie then does an amazing stunt where he jumps onto a slanted part of the glass building and slides down it. When he is at the bottom of it he takes his braclet (Given to him by the African Chieftan) and smashes it onto the glass to break it. He trys to run after Morgans car, but he couldn't catch up. Then the CIA agent comes to Jackie in a little motor car. She says to execute the plan into a walkie-talkie. Out of no where hundreds of CIA agents come into the streets. Morgan gets out of the car but he surrounded everywhere. The CIA agent came up to Morgan, Morgan yells that he is on a secret mission with the CIA and she replies,"Yes, I know," and she kicks him twice. She comes to Jackie and he apologizes for doubting her. She thanks him. Jackie said,"I'll always remember one thing my father told me, always do the right thing, and stop the people who don't." Then he said,"He also told me, respect nature," and he threw the disk into the water.
This movie was very good, the only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't enough action in it. The fights and chases were good. Buy I have to say I've seen better even though love this one. Out of 10 stars I give this 8 and a half. I do recommened this movie.
