| A very famous actor is who he is, Onoe Kikugoro! Famous for acting in the Taiga Drama Yoshitsune and also for his high profile marriage to famous actress Fuji Sumiko. Their marriage sired a son, Onoe Kikunosuke (a famous Onnagata) and actress Terashima Shinobu (famous for her fling with Itikawa Somegoro). Onoe looks it and was a typical playboy, but he has since been very serious with acting and is a competent Onnagata and actor. One of the roles I saw him in was Migawarizazen, and it was so believable, the guy sneaking off to visit his mistress..just joking! |
