How do I become part of Kelly's ICQ Webring??

Please send a msg to one of the administrators and one to the president. Please include your member name and UIN# and include
"Add me to the Kelly Chen ICQ Webring" on your msg in order to be included. You will get back confirmation that you've been added. If you are not confirmed by one of the administrators or the president, please send your msg again.
If you are planning to have ICQ, but not yet, you can still become a member by e-mailing me at
kellyrealm@hotmail.com . You will have a one month period to get ICQ!
We are planning to have a restriction to the amount of people in the webring, but that hasn't been approved by the administration yet.
It's easy and simple! Become a privileged member now!
Rules of the Webring
This is a Webring of Kelly Chen, so you must be a fan of Kelly!
Help our ever growing club by telling your friends to join!
Must have ICQ of course!
Any news of Kelly's are welcome, good or bad, so there are no restrictions!
Any false news made up by a member will result in a penalty. Depends on the severity of the lie.
No penalties to members if the rumor was made by the media.
Must help our club provide the latest news and pics of Kelly when possible. We keep track of whose active and those who juz wanna join but can't contribute a little.
Anyone who is inactive or discontinue using ICQ or the internet must tell one of the Administration members in order to cancel their member privileges. Anyone may be allowed to cancel their membership at any time.
Be active and help out! Not many rules are applied since we don't have much of a problem right now. Any Administrator can suggest a rule and pass it up to the vice or the president.
