History of Winnie the Pooh

My favorite bear - Winnie the Pooh becomes very popular all over the world. Alan Alexander Milne is the creator of Winnie the Pooh. He was born in 1882 in England, and he was an accomplished author. He has written several books during his life time such as: When We Were Very Young (1918), Now We Are Six, Winnie-the-Pooh (1926), Four Days Wonder, and many other books that are very popular and interesting. As these stories became popular, we know that Winnie the Pooh was a real life bear, it was named Winnie from Winnipeg of Canada and was visited in London Zoo by Christopher Robin, Milne's son who was born 1920. Although Winnie is a girl's name but Christopher insisted that Winnie the Pooh was a boy. However, Winnie the Pooh's friends were created from Christopher's toys. There were so many adventures on Milne's and his son's own play.

Although there are not many people who knows the origin of Winnie the Pooh, but there are many people still love this bear. During 1966, The Disney Studio became the new owner of Winnie the Pooh and his friends. These were animated in features as cartoons in television, and movies in theaters. Here attracted a lot of kids to love this bear and would recognize him in those movies or cartoons.

Although Winnie the Pooh has a big tummy, but as you understand more about him. He used to do exercises every morning. Honey is Pooh's favorite food. He has lots of friends, like Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore.
