Kevin:  Argh, I'll get this if it kills me.

Paige:  C'mon, Kevin.  Just ease up a little bit.  I think you're trying too hard.

Kevin:  Well, if there's one thing you'll learn about me . . . Whoah!  It's that I'm hard-headed.

Paige:  Yeah, I can tell.

Kevin:  It's not that I never wanted to skate.  As a kid I was more interested in reading and writing.  I guess you could say I was a bookworm.  That's one reason why I became an English teacher.

Paige:  And what was the other reason?

Kevin:  I wanted to be a good influence on people, especially the youth of today.  I thought if I couldn't do anything to help myself, I could at least do something to help someone else.

Paige:  That's really sweet.  There couldn't be a more perfect person to be a teacher.

Kevin:  Whoa!

Kevin falls flat on his behind.

Kevin:  Ouch!  Just don't let me teach anyone to skate.

Paige chuckles and lends her friend a hand.  On the other side of the rink, Marcus seems to be doing better while Maya holds his hand and Leon skates in front of him, encouraging him.

Marcus:  Hey, I think I got it!

Leon:  You're doing good, man.  Real good.

Maya:  See, you're never too old to learn.

Marcus:  That's because I have such a great instructor.

Marcus squeezes Maya's hand and gives her a smile.

Maya:  Why thanks, Marcus.  I'm glad I could help.

Leon gives an evil grin and grabs Marcus' hand away from Maya.  Leon starts to pull Marcus faster.

Maya:  Uh oh.

Marcus:  Hey!  What're you doing?

Leon:  C'mon buddy.  It's time for you to take a crash course in ice skating.

Marcus:  No, wait!

Leon speeds up and whips Marcus across the rink.  His hands wave unsteadily as he struggles to stay on his skates.  Kevin has finally started to skate on his own as Paige watches from behind.

Kevin:  Hey, I'm skating!

Paige:  You're doing great!

Paige notices Marcus from the corner of her eye and tries to warn Kevin.

Paige:  Kevin, lookout!

But she's too late.

Maya:  Oh no!

Marcus:  Kevin!

Kevin:  Ahh!

Marcus slams right into Kevin and both fall onto the ice.  Maya and Leon speed across to meet up with Paige who is standing over both of them.  Leon starts laughing.

Kevin:  Ugh!  Very funny there, Leon.

Marcus:  Aww, and I thought I was doing good.

Maya:  Are you two alright?

Kevin:  Yeah, yeah.  Nothing that a cup of hot chocolate won't fix.

Paige:  Sounds like a good idea.  C'mon guys.  Let's stop before someone really gets hurt.

Everyone helps in getting the two up and exit off the rink.

At Mount Havoc, Balizar and Vex are away in a cavern separate from the main cavern where Dimoc resides.

Balizar:  Something has to be done about Zodiac Five.

Vex nods his head in agreement.

Balizar:  Dimoc grows weary of their presence.  After his metamorphic transformation, nothing will be able to stop him.  But in his present state, his power is limited.  So it's up to us to devise a plan to destroy them.  And without Levina's assistance.  She's too mischievous and secretive in her ways.  I don't see why Dimoc trusts her so.

In the cavern, a shadow which is cast behind Balizar and Vex starts to move on the ground.  The shadow starts to rise into a three dimensional figure and materializes into Levina.  Balizar and Vex continue unaware that she is behind them.

Balizar:  If it were up to me we'd be without her.

Vex nods.

Levina:  But it's not up to you, is it, Balizar?

Balizar and Vex turn around, startled to see Levina behind them.

Balizar:  Why you wretched sorceress!  How long have you been there?

Levina:  Long enough.  It doesn't take sorcery to know that you don't care for me.  But it doesn't matter because I bow to no one.

Balizar:  Is that so?  Then what is your position with Dimoc?

Levina:  I merely assist Dimoc, not that it's any of your concern.  Now if you two are done wasting time, Dimoc wishes to see us in the main cavern.

In the main cavern Levina, Balizar and Vex enter and stand before Dimoc.

All:  We are at your service, my lord.

Dimoc:  Levina, summon a Dimocian Beast.

Levina:  Yes, sire.

Levina begins to wave her staff in the air while Dimoc continues to speak.

Dimoc:  I want to rid ourselves of Zodiac Five as soon as possible.  With their existence, we will be unable to take over this planet.

A Dimocian Beast appears before them.  A white mist surrounds him and falls to the ground.

Levina:  This is Arctice.

Arctice:  Argh!  How may I assist the great Dimoc?

Dimoc:  Ahh, Arctice.  Go to the surface and confront Zodiac Five.  I am sure that they will find it to be quite a chilling experience.

Arctice:  Yes, Dimoc!

Arctice vanishes from the cavern.

Outside the skating rink, Kevin and the others take a seat at a nearby picnic table.

Maya:  So, where are we gonna get hot chocolate in the middle of summer?

Leon:  I thought I saw a vending cart on the other side of the rink.  Maybe he'll have something.

Paige:  Sounds good.  A round of hot chocolate then?

Kevin:  That's fine by me.

Maya:  I'll take a soda instead.

Marcus:  Yeah, me too.

Paige:  Alright then.  C'mon, Leon.  I'm going to need extra hands.

Leon:  No problem.

Paige and Leon take off around the building while the others stay behind.

Marcus:  Maya, do you mind if I get personal with you?

Maya:  Uh, I guess not.  What's up?

Marcus:  Well, I just wanted to know if, um . . . if you, uh . . .

Kevin gives Marcus a look.

Maya:  Go ahead.  I'm not shy.

Marcus:  I was just wondering if you, you know . . . if you were seeing anyone seriously?

Maya:  I see.  Well, no, I'm not.

Marcus get excited when he replies.

Marcus:  You're not!  Er, I mean, you're not?  Why?

Maya:  To be honest I really don't have the time.  I've been traveling quite a bit and it's hard to have a steady relationship with someone when you're thousands of miles away.  And the time I do have I like to spend on myself, catching up on things I like to do and spending time with good friends.

Marcus:  Well, what about now?

Maya:  Hmm, I don't know.  I mean, trying to defend the Earth doesn't give me much free time either, does it?

Marcus hangs his head in disappointment.

Marcus:  No, I guess not.

On the other side of the building, Leon and Paige are at the vending cart.

Paige:  Three hot chocolates and two sodas, please.

Vendor:  Coming right up.

Leon:  So, do you think sparks are gonna fly between Marcus and Maya?

Paige:  What, you've noticed too?

Leon:  Like it isn't obvious.

Paige:  I don't know.  I know Marcus is trying his best but I think he needs to open up a little bit more.  You know Maya.

Vendor:  Here you go.

Leon:  Thanks.  How much?

Vendor:  Five dollars.

Leon:  Here.  Thanks again.

Vendor:  You're welcome.

Leon and Paige walk off with their hands full.  Suddenly Zoodos jump through the air and surround them.  Leon and Paige drop their drinks and get in a fighting stance.

Vendor:  What the . . .

Leon:  Who invited them?

Paige:  I give you one guess, and I don't think they're here for a friendly visit.  (to vendor) Get out of here as quick as you can, now!

The vendor runs off.  Leon talks into his Z-Band.

Leon:  Kevin, we've got some unexpected guests to take care of.

Kevin and the others get up from the bench.

Kevin:  We'll be right there.  (to Marcus and Maya)  Let's go!

Marcus and Maya both nod and they take off around the building.  Paige and Leon are already engaged in hand to hand combat with Zoodos as the others join in to help.  In the middle of battle, snow begins to fall around them.  After defeating the Zoodos, everyone looks around to see what's going on.

Paige:  It's snowing.

Marcus:  Yeah, but it's mid-July?!?

Kevin:  Everyone, stay alert!

The wind starts to pick up and the snow comes down even thicker as if it were a blizzard.  Everyone tries to shield themselves from the wind and snow, but it is too strong.  Kevin and the others are blown into the air and fall some distance from where they stood.

All:  Ahh!

They all get up in a fighting stance to see Arctice walking through the snowstorm.

Arctice:  Argh!  What's the matter?  Feeling a bit under the weather today?

Maya:  Yeah, no thanks to you.

Kevin:  Alright, let's do it!

Arcitce:  Not this time!  Argh!

Arctice blows a frozen mist from his mouth which surround Kevin and the others.

All:  Celestial . . .

As they try to transform they realize that their Z-Bands are covered in ice which enables their Omni Rings to connect.

Kevin:  Hunh?

Paige:  Our Z-Bands are frozen over.

Maya:  We can't change.

Leon:  But we can still fight!  Marcus!

Leon looks over as Marcus nods and they both run and jump into the air.

Kevin:  Wait!

They both go for a flying punch, but Arctice blocks it as they fly over him and fall to the ground on their backs.  Leon and Marcus get back up.

Arcitce:  This should leave you frozen in your tracks.  Argh!

Arcitce shoots a blue ray from his hands which hit Leon and Marcus.  Suddenly they are frozen in ice.

Paige:  Leon!

Maya:  Marcus!

Kevin:  No!

The others run after them as Arctice disappears in an icy mist.  When they reach Marcus and Leon they stand in disbelief.

Paige:  Oh no.  Marcus, Leon.

Maya:  They're not . . .  de--

Kevin:  No!  Let's get them back to Zodiac Central.  Maybe Dr. Kesler can come up with something.

Back at Mount Havoc, all are gathered in front of Dimoc.

Dimoc:  Ha, ha, ha!  Two down and only three more to go.  Soon we will have Zodiac Five out of the way.  Excellent work, Arctice.

Arctice:  I aim to please, my lord.

Balizar:  Without the other two members, Zodiac Five will be defenseless against a full scale attack.

Levina:  But it isn't necessary.  It's obvious that Arctice alone has the capability of disposing of Zodiac Five forever, which is more than I can say of you.

Balizar glares over at Levina.

Dimoc:  A point well made, Levina.  Arctice, go back to the surface and see if you can get Zodiac Five's attention.  And this time, take care of them all.

Arctice:  Yes, sire!

At Zodiac Central, Dr. Kesler has Leon and Marcus in an isolated chamber.  An x-ray begins to scan their frozen bodies as Dr. Kesler works on a computer.  They others wait patiently.

Kevin:  Are they going to be alright, Doc?

Dr. Kesler:  I am not certain yet, Kevin.  The good news is that they are still alive.  Their vital signs are very low.  It seems as if their bodies are in a state of suspended animation.

Paige:  You mean like hypothermic shock?

Dr. Kesler:  Exactly.  But the human body can only stay in this state for a short period of time.  If  I can get them out of this safely--

Maya:  Don't you mean "when"?

Dr. Kesler:  No, Maya.  I mean "if".  You see, the difficult part is trying to revive them.  And if I can do that, I have to do it before they suffer from any kind of brain damage due to lack of sufficient oxygen to the brain.

Kevin:  Well, do the what you can.  We know you'll do your best.

Suddenly the alarm sounds.  Maya and Paige turn to Kevin who looks back at Dr. Kesler.

Kevin:  Doc?

Dr. Kesler:  I am tracking it down now.

Dr. Kesler types on the computer to locate the endangered area.

Dr. Kesler:  It looks like the Dimocian Beast has frozen several areas of the city.  They are covered in snow and ice.  It must be stopped before the rest of the city is attacked.

Kevin:  We're on our way.  Let's do it!

All:  Celestial change!

The three change into Aries, Gemini, and Libra.

Aries:  Let's take the vehicles for extra fire power.

Gemini/Libra:  Right!

They take off through the lab door as Dr. Kesler continues to work on Leon and Marcus.

In the city, Arctice and a band of Zoodos are rampagin through the streets.  Arctice freezes a couple of cars on the side of the street and an entire side of the building.

Arctice:  Soon, the entire city will be my ice castle.

Aries, Gemini and Libra come around the side of a building and up the street on their vehicles.

Aries:  There they are.

Libra:  Rover Cannon!

Libra fires the overhead cannon.  The blast hits a group of Zoodos who fall to the ground.

Aries:  Now it's my turn.  Cycle Lasers!

Aries fires his lasers at Arctice.  The lasers hit Arctice who falls to the ground.  He quickly gets back up and fires icy blasts down on the street.  Suddenly the street is covered in ice as Aries and the others lose control of their vehicles.

Aries:  Oh no, ice!

Libra:  Gemini, look out!

Gemini struggles to get control of the Z-Rover.

Gemini:  I'm trying but we're not prepared for this.  Hang tight!

The Z-Rover slams into the side of the street.  Meanwhile, Aries runs into a couple of dumpsters on the side of the street and is thrown across the air and back onto the street.

Aries:  Ahh!

Arctice:  Zoodos, attack!

Zoodos jump across the air and begin their attack.  Gemini and Libra jump out of the Z-Rover and engage in hand to hand combat.

Aries:  Aries Sacred Sword!

Aries fights the oncoming Zoodos with his sword.  When he finishes them off, Arctice jumps into the air and punches Aries, knocking him back.

Aries:  Argh!

Arctice:  Time for a little sword play.

Aries:  C'mon!

Actice forms a long blade of ice on his right arm and starts to fight Aries.  Arctice manages to take the upper hand and kicks Aries away.  Aries stays low on the ground and pulls out his gun with his free hand.

Aries:  Z-Magnum!

Aries fires at Artcie who ducks from the blasts.  Aries gets back up with his sword and starts running towards Arctice.

Aries:  Aries Ram Charge!

Aries goes for his special attack, but Arctice stops the attack.

Arctice:  Think again!  Argh!

Arctice freezes the ground under Aries.  Aries starts to slip on the ice and falls to the ground in the middle of his attack.  Libra kicks away a Zoodo and notices what has happened.

Libra:  Aries!  (to Gemini) C'mon on.  We've got to help him.

Gemini:  You got it.

Gemini/Libra:  Kyah!

Gemini and Libra both flip into the air and prepare to do their elemental assault.  Arctice turns around while they are in the air and blows an blizzard-strength wind at them.

Gemini/Libra:  Wind Elemental . . . ahh!

Gemini and Libra are blown back and fall to the ground.  They both get back up and call on their weapons.

Gemini:  Gemini Battle Batons!

Libra:  Libra Lunar Bow!

Arctice:  I'm not ready to deal with you yet.  Argh!

Arctice fires a blast from his hands and freeze Gemini and Libra from the waist down.  They both drop their weapons.

Gemini:  Unh, frozen!

Libra:  I can't move!

Back at Zodiac Central, Dr. Kesler is busily typing on the computer while Leon and Marcus are still frozen in ice.

Dr. Kesler:  Finally!  Now, I hope this works.

A red light glows throughout the chamber and surround Leon and Marcus.  Slowly, the ice starts to disappear.  Once all the ice is gone, Leon and Marcus fall to the ground.

Dr. Kesler:  It worked!

Dr. Kesler gets up from his chair and runs into the chamber.  He kneels to Leon and Marcus who are slowly beginning to gain consciousness.

Dr. Kesler:  Leon?  Marcus?  Are you boys alright?

Leon:  Yeah, I think so.

Marcus:  Man, what happened?

Dr. Kesler:  There is no time to explain.  Quickly, the others need you.

The two manage to get up and shake off the side effects.

Leon:  Okay!

Leon/Marcus:  Celestial change!

Leon and Marcus transform into Taurus and Pisces.

In the city, Aries is being bombarded by Zoodos as he struggles to stay steady on his feet.  Gemini and Libra helplessly look on.

Libra:  Aries!

Aries:  Argh!

The Zoodos clear away and assemble around Arctice who starts to walk towards Aries who is struggling on the ground.

Arctice:  Ha, ha, ha!  You're useless without your friends.  Prepare to feel the cold hand of death!

Arctice reaches down and grabs Aries by the throat and picks him up.

Aries:  Argh!

Arctice:  Now feel every part of your body freeze.

Taurus/Pisces:  Runner Machine Guns!

From up the street, Taurus and Pisces fire their machine guns which hit Artice in the back.  Artcie drops Aries who rolls out of the way.  Taurus and Pisces dismount from their vehicles and pull out their Z-Magnums.

Gemini:  Taurus!  Pisces!  You're okay!

Pisces:  Have we let you down yet?

Taurus:  Now get ready while we blast the ice off you.

Libra:  Okay.

Taurus/Pisces:  Z-Magnums!

They fire their guns and cut away the ice from Gemini and Libra.

Libra:  Thanks, guys.

Arctice:  Argh!  I'll get you for that.

Aries:  But you'll have to finish dealing with me.  Aiyah!

Aries jumps into the air and step-kicks Arctice on the shoulder and lands in front of his teammates.

Taurus:  Aries, are you okay?

Aries:  Yeah.  Thanks for the backup.  Let's get him!

All:  Okay!

Taurus and Pisces jump in the air and punch Arctice.  Gemini and Libra jump in the air and kick Arctice.  Aries jumps into the air and comes down on Arctice with his sword.  Arctice is knocked back and falls to the ground.

Aries:  Alright!  Fire Elemental Assault!

Aries forms a ring of fire around Arctice and blasts explode around him and he is sent flying through the air.

Aries:  Now, let's try this again.  Aries Ram Charge!

Aries uses his sword and dashes towards Arctice.  He thrusts his sword through Arctice who flies through the air again and falls to the ground.  The others gather around Aries.

Arctice:  Argh!

Aries:  Okay, team.  With the vehicles here, let's use the Zodiac Eclipse Blaster.

All:  Right!

Gemini/Libra:  Rover Cannon!

The Rover Cannon dematerializes from the Z-Rover.

Taurus/Pisces:  Runner Machine Guns!

The Runner Machine Guns dematerialize from the Z-Runners.

Aries:  Cycle Lasers!

The Cycle Lasers dematerialize from the Z-Cycle.  The weapons rematerialize, combined, in the hands of Zodiac Five.

Arctice:  Hunh?

The sun's energy is collected into the weapon and the sky turns dark as the sun goes through a solar eclipse.

Aries:  Zodiac Eclipse Blaster . . .

All:  Fire!

A ball of solar energy if fired at Arctice.  The blast hits and Arctice falls to the ground.

Arctice:  Argh!

Dimoc:  Argh!  I've had enough!  Levina!

Levina stands with a smirk on her face.

Levina:  Yes, my lord.

Dimoc:  Make Arctice a bigger manace for Zodiac Five to handle.

Levina:  As you wish, great one.

Levina waves her staff into the air.

On the surface, Arctice starts to glow.  Suddenly, his body starts to grow to a towering size.  Zodiac Five looks on in amazement.

Gemini:  Looks like we're not finished yet.

Libra:  Aries.

Aries nods at Libra.

Aries:  Right.  Time to launch the Z-Mecha.

From the side of Noble Mountain, the hanger doors open up from Zodiac Central as the Z-Mecha are ready to launch.

Aries:  Ram Solar Stealth!

The Ram Solar Stealth flies out of the hanger.

Taurus:  Taurus Mobile Tank!

The Taurus Mobile Tanks rolls out of the hanger.

Pisces:  Pisces Aqua Sub!

The Pisces Aqua Sub launches from a lake at the bottom of Noble Mountain off to the side of the hanger.

Gemini:  Twin Terra Trailer!

The Twin Terra Trailer rolls out of the hanger.

Libra:  Scale Hover Cruiser!

The Sclae Hove Cruiser shoots out from the hanger and starts to hover over the ground.  All five mecha travel together in perfect formation.

Aries:  Alright, team.  Let's go!

Each member teleports into their respective mecha.

Aries:  Is everybody ready?

Taurus:  Roger that!

Pisces:  Ready!

Gemini:  Let's move 'em out!

Libra:  Do it, Aries!

Aries:  Grand Zodiac formation, engage!

The mecha slowly move into formation.  The Pisces Aqua Sub splits to form the arms and connects to each side of the Taurus Mobile Tank.  The Twin Terra Trailer splits to form the legs and connects to the Taurus Mobile Tank.  The Scale Hover Cruiser splits and connects to the Twin Terra Trailer to from the feet.  With the four mecha combined, it rises to a vertical position and the Ram Solar Stealth connects to from the body and head.  Zodiac Five regroup in the main cockpit.

All:  Grand Zodiac King!

The Grand Zodiac King stands majestically in front of Arctice.
