Memories brought back-Part 2
'I hate rainy days!' shouted Serena running into Lita's
apartment with her wet umbrella in her hands. The girls were
already there...Mina still had a cast from the last battle
and Amy was walking on crutches. The rest of them were just fine.
'Where have you been Serena?' shouted Rei.
'Well, excuse me!!! It's only a storm outside! Forgive me your
majesty, that I didn't drop everything and run right over!!!
Maybe I would have caught a cold on the way!!!!'
'You are so irresponsible Serena!' said Rei sitting down.
'Where is Seritany?' asked Serena taking off her jacket.
'Oh! She, Fiona and Lyn went to pick up a pizza. They'll
be right back.
'Oh...What about Justina?'
'Well, since the day we were attacked, Justina didn't leave the
computer! She is still trying to figure out who attacked us...'
'Hmm...she never gives up,' said Hotaru.
'No...that's the good thing about them, they don't give up.'said
Rei.
'Yes, but sometimes it turns into a bad thing...'smiled Lita.
'Hey! What happened to Amara, Michelle and Trista?!' shouted
Serena.
'Oh! They decided to go to a movie tonight. Besides, they spent
the last weekend with us, Serena.'
'Oh...okay,' the door opened and Serita, Fiona and Lyn walked
in.
'Pizza!!!' shouted Lyn putting the 4 boxes on the table.
'All right!' shouted Serena grabbing a chair.'hey, Seritany!'
'Hey...' said Serita sitting down near her. The rest of the girls
surrounded the table and began eating the pizza and washing it
down with the Coke.
'This is so good...'
'Oh yeah!'
'I'm in heaven!'
Frazes like this accompanied the festivity. Suddenly the door
flew open...there was Justina...she was soaking wet from the
rain...holding her computer in her hand she quietly entered the
room. She dropped to her knees in front of Serita and whispered:
'There are thousands of them...'
'Justina?...'
But she could no longer hear them...the lack of sleep and food
finally kicked in...she fell collapsed onto the floor.
'Shit! Fiona give me a blanket! Lita, I'm gonna put her in your
bed!'
'Sure!'
Serita kicked the door opened and put her friend's body on the
soft bed.
'Do you mind?' she asked the girls.
'Oh! Come on guys! back to the pizza!' smiled Lita.
As soon as the girls were gone, Serita took off Justina's wet clothes
and taking the blanket brought by Fiona, she wrapped her body, tucking
it in...She put her wet hair on the pillow and covered her with
another blanket.
'What happened?...' whispered Serena.
'She knows something...' said Serita. 'Damn Justina...'
She brushed off the bangs off her face.
'Make her a hot tea, will ya?' said Serita facing Lyn.
'Sure, give me a minute,' Lyn walked out of the room.
Fiona picked up her computer.
'I wonder what it was she found out...'
'I don't know what it was....but my guess would be, it's not good!'
said Serita.
Since Justina wasn't wearing a jacket, she got a serious cold that
turned into a serious feaver. She was moved into a hospital....it was
only three weeks after the incident, that the girls found out, what
was it that Justina discovered.
'What are we gonna do?' whispered Serena.
'I don't know...' said Justina. She was still sick, but it was not
just an average cold.
'Give me the details...' said Serita.
'They are called the Kilonius virus. They are unique creatures, that
when set on a mission will not rest until it is complete. You can
not bargain with them, you can not reason with them and worst
of all, you can not stop them...'
'Do they have a leader?' asked Serita.
'It's complicated...you see, like any virus...they spread...only
in a different way...usually they move around as an army, sometimes
with leaders, sometimes not...usually, they send out messengers...the
weakest warriors in the army...they send them to different planets, to
find life, so they can destroy it...'
'But why?'asked Lita.
'Because it's their way of life...' said Justina.
'So that's it? They are just monsters that are trying...'
'No! They are not just monsters! They are intelliegent creatures!
That's what makes them so dangerous!They can disguise themselves,
they can do anything if they put their mind to it...don't you
understand? They can show up here looking like Serena, and you will
NEVER recognize them...they are smart, powerful and unstopable! Every
single planet that they tried to destroy, WAS destroyed! And now,
their mind is set on Earth...'
'I won't let them!' said Serena.
'There is nothing you can do to not let them, princess Serenity!'
'What do you mean?'
'I mean that the power level of the weakest is 500!!!'
'What does that mean?'asked Lita.
'Oh, please don't tell me that you don't know the power levels?!'
'We don't, all right?!'
'What's our power level?' asked Rei.
'An average senshi like yourself is about 100-120...'
'Not good...'whispered Lita.
'What about the outers?'asked Serena.
'They are about 200 or 250...'
'What about Hotaru?' asked Rini.
'Hotaru is no more than 400...'answered Justina.
'This is not good...'said Hotaru.
'Serita, what's your power level?'asked Rini.
'I don't have one...'
'What do you mean?' asked Lita.
'As the first princess of the moon, Serita was given unlimited power...
however, her human body can only use a small part of it or it and the
galaxy in which it is located will explode...so basically she alone
can destroy the virus, but that would blow up this whole galaxy!'said
Justina. 'You see, her power is so strong that it can blow up
everything around her...'
'Cool...'said Fiona.
'No...a power like this was passed on, from generation to generation,
in the moon family...always the first child got it...but it was
never fully used...because the results would have been...well,it
would destroy everything!'
'So, her unlimited power can't help us...' said Serena.
'No...' whispered Serita.'Justina, when are they going to attack?'
'It's hard to calculate...they are now far away...it will take them a
few years to get here...but the messengers that they sent, will appear
from time to time...so we have to be ready...'
'A couple of years...'said Serita. 'That's how long this planet has, before
it is destroyed...'
Darrien exited his apartment. Locking the door he took the elevator
down and while getting out the keys to his car, he heard:
'Darrien! Wait!' Mini Moon ran up to him.
'Rini?'
'Darrien! Something terrible has happened!!!'
'What?!'
'A monster attacked us in the park...we can't fight
him...we need all the help we can get!!! Is Serita with you?!'
'No!!! Why would she be with me??!!'
'We have to go! Come on, Darrien!'
'Wait! You mean to tell me that Serita is not fighting
with them right now?'
'no...we haven't seen her or her court since yesterday...Darrien! We
don't have time!'
'Right! Let's go!!!'
'He's heading for that kid! Stop him!!!' shouted Sailor Moon.
'Uranus....World...Shaking!!!!'
'Neptune...Deep....Sumberge!!!'
'Pluto...Deadly...Scream!!!'
'Jupiter...Oak...Evolution!!!'
'Mars...Sniper...Arrow!!!'
'Venus...'
'AAHHHHH!!!!' shouted the monster stepping away from it's prey
and attacking the sailors full force. The girls were blasted
back...'
'NO!!!' shouted Serena. 'Mini Moon...where are you?!' she thought.
The monster came up to Serena. She couldn't stand up
because of her injury. Serena knew that he was going to
kill her...a rose flew by...the monster looked up to
see a man in a tuxedo and a little girl with pink hair
in a sailor suit standing behind him.
'I am Tuxedo Mask!!!'
'And I am Sailor Mini Moon!!! And in the name of the future
Earth, I will punish you!!!'
'He he...' smiled the monster.
'Mini Moon watch out!!!!' shouted Serena, but it was too late.
Darrien and Rini were blasted back with the rest of the sailors.
The monster turned to Serena and once again grabbing her
neck, he raised his weapon.
'Moon...Universe...Sword...Destroy!!!!' a lightening
hit the hand which was holding Serena. Her neck was finally
released. Fighter jumped up to the princess and grabbing her
jumped away just in time...the monster was finally outnumbered.
'I am Sailor Universe!!!'
'Don't you get tired of the same speech?!' growled the monster.
'I don't have speeches!' shouted Serita. 'I like to kill
without them!!!'
'That's too bad! Cause this time, you are the one who is going
to get killed!!!' The monster shot at her. Serita blocked
the attack with her sword.
'Hmm...' thought the monster 'this one is stronger than the
others...'
'DIE!!!!!' shouted Serita attacking. The sailors of Honor
backed her up. Serita's attack finally injured the monster.
'Justice! Give me his power level!'
Justice opened her little computer and pressing a
few buttons shouted:
'657!!!'
'Damn...' said Fighter.
'Come on, guys! Let's give him all we got!!!' shouted Serita.
'Moon...Universe...Sword...Destroy!!!'
'Moon...Fighter's...Sword!!!'
'Moon...Love's Arrows!!!'
'Moon...Justice...Huricane!!!'
The monster released an attack as well. Strong force
hit the sailors...the Honor's weren't that strong so they
got blasted back, but Serita was still standing it the same
place, holding her moon sword in front of her...
'Impossible...' whispered the monster.
'I am Sailor Universe, champion of this universe! I am
the past Princess Seritany, the present Black Warrior and
the future queen of the moon! And on behalf of my future kingdom
and all the things that you have destroyed in your life,
the hearts that you broke and all the lives that you've taken,
I will eliminate you...virus!!!'
'Black Warrior?!!....'
Serita's sword released the final attack. This one was too much
for the monster...
'I thought you killed without speeches...aaHHHHH!!!' he shouted
burning in flames. His body turned into ashes and disappeared.
Serita's eyes turned blank as her body fell on the ground...
The sailors started gaining conciousness. Those who
could stand up did and helped those who couldn't. Sailor
Moon was carried by Tuxedo Mask and Fighter was carrying
Serita. They were all brought to Darrien's apartment.
Detransforming, the sailors helped each other with the
injuries.
'Where is Seritany?' whispered Serena.
'She is lying on the next couch...' said Darrien.
'Is she okay...?' Darrien was silent.
Serena caught a tear in his eye.
'Darrien?' he turned away. Serena turned her head and
looked at the body of her sister. Around her the Honor's were
sitting and...crying?...what happened? Serena rolled off
the couch that she was lying on.
'Serena! don't!' Darrien tried to grab her, but Serena
pushed him away.
'no, Darrien! I need to see her!' Serena crawled up
to her sister's body and touched her hand...it was cold.
'What's wrong with her?' whispered Serena.
Love was crying...Fighter was trying to hold in her tears
and Justice was crying silently while typing on her little
computer.
'What happened?!' asked Serena. Nobody answered.
'Would you answer me, God damn it!!!'
Fighter looked up and said:
'After you all were blasted...Serita came into the fight...
we attacked the monster with out joined forces...
unfortunately our powers couldn't protect us from the
incredible forces...Serita' was the only one who could
stand against him...she fought alone, Serenity...'
'No... whispered Serena. She turned to Serita and whispered:
'Seritany...you can't die...you can't...' she sobbed.
'Serenity...she is not dead...not yet, at least...'
smiled Justice.
'What?' whispered Fighter.
'i just found it!!! She is not dead!!! She is alive!!!'
laughed Justice.
Serena turned back to her sister.
'You gotta live through this Seritany!'
'Do you think she will?' asked Love turning to her friend.
'I don't know...she lost a lot of energy...her heart
is barely working and her injuries are pretty
serious...' The girls looked down.
'But overall,I think she is going to make it...'said
Justice.
'What about the child?'asked Serena.
'The child is perfectly fine!'
Serena smiled and collapsed onto the floor. Sighing,
Darrien picked her up and carried her to the bedroom. There
he sat by her side till sunrise.
'Seritany! i got it!' shouted Justina running into
the room. Serena looked up.
'God! Can you yell any louder?!'
'Shut up Serena!Seritany, check it out!!'
'What is it?' Justina handed her a piece of paper.
'Those are names...' said Serita.
'Yep...these are the names of the people that you will
rule...'
'You mean?'
'Ah-hah...this is the list of the moon people that are
living on Earth.'
Serita smiled and said:
'Let the construction begin...'
