Geocites--good place to open first website. They give you 10 MB of space and have very user friendly editors. Unfortunately they have annoying pop-up ads.

Fortunecity--Tons and tons and tons of space. (a little over 20MB!!!!!). Counter only for firstpage. Lines are often busy, making it hard to edit. Still--HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
