Story: The loner known as Terry Bogard has been fighting for survival since his foster-father’s (Jeff Bogard) death under the wicked plan of Southtown's crimelord, Geese Howard. Terry wandered the streets as a youth picking up different styles of martial arts even challenged adults to fights in hope of becoming a champion and avenging his father's murder.
However, there is price for revenge, which cost Terry's girlfriend her life and a void of emptiness after defeating Geese. Terry now has abandoned all hope to living a normal life and dedicated his life to being a fighter.
