I Love you came too Late - Chapter 1 By PinkMoonBeam and Angel Rose

Here is chapter one of I Love You Came To Late.
Chapter 1
Serena walked down the street tears forming in her eyes. "I'm sick and
tired of hearing all this shit from Luna and the other scouts of being
responsible and not taking my duties seriously." she thought. Flashbacks
came into Serena's mind. "Why don't you ever take your duties seriously."
Lita said. "You don't deserve to be princess, you stupid meatball head!"
Serena remembered Raye shouting at her. "Yes, Serena start taking her
duties seriously or we're going to have to relieve you of the job of being
our leader." Amy said. "Yeah, start to get your act together!" Mina said.
"Yes, Serena you are just to hopeless, you will never make a good leader."
Luna sighed. "You don't really mean that, do you guys?" Serena asked. "Of
course we mean it!" Raye yelled at her. "I thought you were my friends!"
Serena shouted at them running away with tears in her eyes.
End of Flashbacks
Then Serena remembered seeing Darien walking down the street.
Flashback begins:
"Serena what's wrong?" Darien asked concerened "Luna and the others are so
mean to me and never give my any credit." Serena cried into his shirt.
Darien gently patted her on the back and kissed the top of her head. "It's
okay." he whispered quietly. "You love me, don't you?" Serena asked tears
in her eyes. "Um... I really like you Serena... I..I.." he continued.
"Don't you love me?" Serena asked pleading in her voice. "Well let's put it
this way. I'll always be your prince and you'll always be my princess."
Darien said leaning down to kiss her. Serena turned away sharply and ran
away, fresh tears forming.
End Flashback.
That's why Serena was now running away. "Why doesn't he love me, what's
wrong with me?" Serena sobbed. She opened the door to her house and ran up
to her bedroom. She opened the desk drawer. Inside she took out a letter
from Yale. There was other letters in there from Hardvord and Stanton. She
was thinking about going to Hardvord but that would bring back too many
memories of *him*. She slowly opened the envelope and reread the letter. At
the bottom was a phone number. She picked up the phone and dialed the
number. "Hello, Yale, it's Serena Tuskuni (sorry! I don't know how to spell
her last name), I would like to confirm that I'm starting the new year on
Monday." she said.

Serena got out a piece of paper and the tickets she had bought a few hours
ago. She started writing a note to her parents and her so called friends.
"Serena, Serena." her mother said as she knocked on her bedroom door. She
tried the knob and the door opened. The room had that abandoned feel to it.
Then something caught her eye. It was a piece of paper on Serena's desk.
She picked up the note. It read: Dear whoever finds this note,

I left for Yale. Yeah, for Yale. I'm not as stupid as you thought. The
meatball head got accepted to Yale. Don't try to contact me and don't want
to hear from you. Also tell Darien that it's over. Wish me luck. Like you
really care!

Serena
Mrs. Tuskuni put her hand to her mouth in shock. "Serena" she whispered.
By the next hour everyone knew that Serena left. All her friends were
crying. "We shouldn't have been so hard on her." Mina sobbed. "I was always
mean to her." Raye said. "Sorry Serena" Raye whispered. "No, it'a all my
fault, I was always comparing her to you guys, no wonder she left." Luna
said with tears in her eyes. "Where did Darien go?" Lita asked. "He went
for a walk." Amy replied.

Darien stood on the bridge and looked at his complexion in the water. "Why
couldn't I say that I love you." he said to himself. "You needed my
reassurance and I couldn't give it to you." he thought. "If you only knew
how hard it was for me to say I love you to anyone." he continued saying to
himself. "I love you Serena." he whispered as a single tear drop rippled
the water.
