Phantom on the Moon
Chapter 2: Char-broiled

	The next day, things went on with no real activities planed.  Queen 
Serenity, and her royal guard were in court.  Princess Serenity was in the 
training fields watching the Younger Scouts practice.  She always liked to 
see her friends in action.

	She was just about to get up from the bench she was sitting on, when 
Serena walked up to her from behind, "Good morning Serenity, sleep well last 
night?"

	Serenity turned to Serena as she sat down next to her, "No, not 
really.  I was too anxious for today to sleep."    Ever since last night, Serena 
had been given the nic name "Moon twin" because Serenity, and Serena look so 
much alike.  Several people had already mistaken Serena for Serenity this 
morning and both Serenity and Serena, could only laugh at that.

	"Why, what's so special about today?"  Serenity smiled in a certain 
way that Serena smiled for only one reason back home, "Judging by the look on
your face I'd say a Certain Prince of Earth is coming."

	Serenity is shocked, "How'd you know he was coming just by looking at
me?"  

	Serena chuckled a little, "You'd be surprised what I can tell by 
looking at a person's face!" 

	Just then Younger Jupiter walked up to the talking Meatball heads, 
"Hay, Serena, feel like going a couple rounds with the rest of us?"  

	Serena smiled, stood up, and cracked a couple of knuckles in her 
hands, "Sure, why not.  But first, MOON CRYSTAL POWER."

	After about a hour of practice, Everyone decided to take a brake just
as Queen Serenity came from around some bushes, "Time for lunch everyone."  


	This made Princess Serenity and Serena stand up and at the same time 
say, "All right, food!" 

	This got some groans from the Younger Scouts.  "Oh, great," Ray 
moaned, "Now we have two food fanatics instead of one."  

	"I heard that Mars,"  Serena and Serenity said, again, at the same 
time.  They both turned to look at each other and started giggling.

	Queen Serenity has even taken the time to notice their similarities, 
"It's amazing how the two you think so alike.  Come on, time to eat."  
Everyone agreed at walked to the dining room.

	At the Wiseman's hideout, he was making plans to heat up the 
situation at the palace, "I sense something at the Moon Palace but don't know
what.  Droid Charizard come forth."  What can be described as a 6 ft. tall 
dragon on two legs walked up from the shadows, "I have a job for you.  Go to 
the palace and make some trouble."  The droid left the chambers to do as 
ordered.  "And you,"  The Wiseman pointed to another droid, "I want you to go
to the palace and observe the battle.  When you get there, observe only and 
report back who was involved when the battle is over.  DO NOT get involved." 
The droid bowed and left.

	"I can't wait till Prince Darien and his sister arrive," Princess 
Serenity shouted with excitement as they exited the dining room from lunch, 
"She, Darien, and I will have a blast."

	"Prince Darien's Sister," Serena asked, "I didn't know he had a 
sister." 

	"Ya, she's Sailor Earth, the first Sailor Scout from earth, and 
Princess Serenity's 5th Royal guard," explained Younger Jupiter, "She and 
Serenity here have been friends since Prince Darien's first trip to the moon 
about 5 years ago."

	Serena turned her attention to Princess Serenity, "So, what is she 
like?"

	"I've known her for about 2 yrs. longer then the rest of my friends 
here, and she and I are practically best friends," Serenity answered.  Serena
was about to ask more when a roar came form directly in front of them, and 
everyone looked up to see trouble.

	On the far side of the palace, a lone starship, that looked like an 
SR-71 only tail less, and larger, made its final descent for touch down.  
After it landed, a ramp lowered and two people stepped off to be greeted by 
Queen Serenity, "Welcome to the moon you two."

	Prince Darien was one of the individuals from the ship, "It's a 
pleasure to be here your highness,"  He took a look around, "Where is 
Princess Serenity?  Shouldn't she be here?"

	Queen Serenity put his worries to rest, "She's just finishing lunch 
right now she should be here soon," As if reading his thoughts she continued,
"She's slow today because we have a visitor who arrived last night, and our 
guest and Serenity have been almost inseparable ever since."

	Jealousy roared its head up for Darien, "Who's your guest?"

	Serenity answered, "She's from the future and her name is Serena."

	Darien was about to ask more when something from within the palace 
gave off a roar, "That came from the dining room area. Come on sis."

	Sailor Earth Began running right behind her brother, transformation 
wand in hand, "Right behind ya, EARTH POWER."

	"MOON TIARA MAGIC,"  Sailor Moon though her tiara at the Charizard.  
It hit, smack in the stomach and it flew ten feet backwards groaning in pain.
The rest of the younger scouts followed suit.

	"MERCURY BUBBLES BLAST"
	"MARS FIRE IGNITE"
	"JUPITER THUNDER CRASH"
	"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH"

	All attacks hit hard with different results ranging from doing no 
damage, in Younger Mars's case, to extreme pain in Younger Mercury's case.  
Charizard got really mad.  It sent a Flame-thrower attack at all the scouts.  
The fire from its breath singed all the scouts but Sailor Moon, who managed 
to get out of the way.  The Younger Scouts were either dazed or out cold, 
Princess Serenity had taken cover behind some boulders.  The Droid turned its
attention to Sailor Moon now, and launch another Flame-thrower attack at her.
But before it reached her, some one shouted, "TORNADO STORM BLAST."  What can
be described as a tornado on its side launched toward the droid catching the 
fire on the way.  The fire began to spin around and around, being fanned by 
the winds of the attack.  Finally, the flames were thrown back at Charizard 
and hit him hard, but that's not what finished it off.  After the flamed 
disappeared, the side ways tornado slammed into Charizard with such force, 
then it was dusted.

	Sailor Moon turned thank her rescuer when she say Prince Darien and a
Sailor Scout that was dressed similar to herself, only where Serena was 
wearing red or blue, she was wearing forest green, and her hair style was not
in meatballs, "Thanks."

	Sailor Earth smiled at Serena, "No problem.  You must be Serena, or 
should I say Sailor......"

	"Moon, Sailor Moon.  I'm here from the future to exterminate some 
trouble that shouldn't be here.  To be exact, the Doom Phantom and his patch 
of droids from even my future."

	Princess Serenity came out of hiding from behind her boulder and 
squealed in delight, "Darien, Sailor Earth.  Your finally here."

	"Hay, how's my little Princess," Darien asked as he scooped her up in
his arms. Then he turned to Sailor Moon and now began to see the two looked 
alike, "What are you two, Meatball heads twins or something?"

	Sailor Moon, now back in Serena form laughed at that question, "You'd
be surprised how often We've been asked that today."

	"Approximately 360 times in my presence," Younger Mercury answered as
she and the rest of the team came to and got on their feet.

	Serena and Serenity groaned and at the same time and asked, "Amy, do 
you have to be so mathematical?"  Then the two "Moon twins" looked at each 
other, blushed, then giggled.

	"You know," Serena said, "If this keeps up, even Queen Serenity will 
be convinced that we're twins."  The Younger Scouts, and Prince Darien just 
stood there each thinking, 

	Just off the battle field, two figures left the scene unnoticed, the 
one from the last fight, and the Doom Phantom's spy on the opposite side of 
the battlefield from the first.  The unknown figure whispered, "Good jobs 
guys.  Keep it up."

	When the droid returned and made its report to the Doom Phantom, he 
was a little shocked, "What?  What is Sailor Moon doing here?  She couldn't 
have time traveled without the rabbit(Renee).  Sailor Pluto must be behind 
this."

	The rest of the day, Princess Serenity, the Younger scouts, Sailor 
Moon, and Earth, and Prince Darien spent talking to each other, getting to 
know everyone.  Finally, well after dinner, Serena began to yawn, "I'm sleepy
you guys.  I'm going to go hit the hay now."

	Everyone said, "O.K., Serena, Sleep good."

	After she left, and Princess Serenity returned to her room for the 
night as well, Lita made a comment, "Has anyone noticed how alike those two 
are, and not just in looks, but behavior as well?"  Everyone nodded their 
heads.

	Ray decided to make a point, "I'm beginning to wonder if both those 
meatball heads are related to each other some how.  Of course they probably 
are since Sailor Moon should be a Moon Princess her self to be Sailor Moon, 
but the question is how are they related?"  No one had an answer, especially 
Amy, and everyone retired to their chambers for the night also.  Before 
anyone left, Ray made a suggestion, "Amy, can you run a DNA scan on Serena?"

	Amy was a little hesitant, "We shouldn't do that Ray.  Pluto would 
get on our case for investigating something, or in this case someone, from 
the future."

	Lita added her two cents, "We know that Amy, but we want to know just
how they're related.  I think even you want to know, right?"

	Amy gave up, "Alright, I'll think about it, but don't press me for 
an answer or the deal is off anyway."  Everyone agreed and seperated.

	Serena was walking to her chambers, deep in thought.  She has begun 
to notice the Scouts have been looking at her strangely, "Do they suspect who
I am?"

	"I don't know, why don't you tell me," Queen Serenity asked from 
behind, startling Serena, "But then again, Pluto would get on your case if 
you did, right?"

	Serena only nodded, "Ya, something like that."

	"So how long have you been a Sailor Scout," Serenity asked.

	"About a year.  Due to unexplainable evil, the only way to win the 
war we were in was to create a Sailor Scout of the Moon.  After my destiny 
was discovered, I was made leader of the team.  I just wish they could have
come with me."

	"Don't worry about, your doing fine.  I'm retiring to my chambers for
the night, sleep good," Serenity stated.

	"Will do, I was heading to my chambers as well.  Sleep well your 
majesty," Serena said.

	"O.K., and Serena, address me my title only in court, o.k.?"

	"O.K., good night."
