Hello everyone.  This is my first fanfic, so please go easy on me.  Most of 
this story takes place during the Silver Millennium, but some parts take 
place in the 20th century also, between Sailor Moon R, and Sailor Moon S.  I 
use all DIC names, except for the Outer Scouts', and Princess Serenity's 
names, but I only use Princess Serenity's name to tell the difference between
her, and Serena.

Disclaimer: Sailor Moon , and all the other characters, don't belong to me.  
They belong to some other company so please don't sue me or anything like 
that.

Phantom on the Moon - Prologue

	She dismissed the last of her visitors to the Throne room for the 
day.  It had been a long and tiring day for Queen Serenity, and she needed to
rest.  The day was beautifully sunny, and the sun has already set for the 
day.  Lately her daughter, Princess Serenity, has been very moody all day, 
due to the situation that Sailor Pluto had warned Queen Serenity about early 
that morning.  Queen Serenity contacted Queen Gia, of the Earth, to see if 
Prince Darien could come and cheer her up.  Since Royal obligations were 
ahead of schedule, Queen Gia said that he and his sister would be up in a 
couple of days, which brightened up Princess Serenity very much when she got 
the word.  Just as Queen Serenity got out of her throne to retire to her 
chambers, her royal guard, the Elder Scouts, and Sailor Pluto entered the 
room.  "Has she been taken to her room like I requested?"

	"Yes your majesty, I have her guard stand watch till you see her," 
Elder Mars said. She can be described as Younger Mars, only older, with the 
exception of her hair being in a ponytail instead of let down.  Early this 
morning Sailor Pluto came to Queen Serenity and warned her of a problem with 
the time line, and advised her to be on alert for the time being.  As a 
precaution, Queen Serenity asked her daughter to stay in her quarters, witch 
she, reluctantly, agreed.

	So far nothing has happened at all today, and even Sailor Pluto felt 
that was odd.  "Something is still wrong with the timeline, so don't drop 
your guard just yet," Pluto advised just as they left the throne room.

	"Feeling just a little bit jumpy today Pluto," teased Elder Jupiter. 
Like the scouts from Mars, the only difference between Younger and Elder 
Jupiter was their age, and hairstyle.  Younger Jupiter had it in a ponytail, 
where as her mother, Elder Jupiter, let it loose.  Elder Jupiter and Sailor 
Pluto always teased each other once in a while.  How Pluto can keep her 
"poker face," even when she and Elder Jupiter tease each other, no one knows.


	As usual, when Sailor Pluto gets serious about the timeline, she 
didn't joke around.  "I am being quite serious here Elder Jupiter," with her 
stern, but neutral look Pluto continued, "Something has altered the 
timeline and both Serenitys are in danger in a way I don't know yet."

	Elder Mercury decided to defuse the situation,   "Don't start bickering you two, we 
need to be careful here."  The only difference between both Mercurys, period,
is their age.  With her short blue hair, and intelligence, plus her 
diplomatic abilities between Elder Jupiter, and Pluto, Elder Mercury can pack
a temper when needed.

	"Mercury is right you two, be on guard."  Elder Venus, leader of the 
Elder Scouts warned.  She, and Elder Mars have always been the serious ones 
of the Elder Scouts.  With her free flowing Blond hair, she turned to 
Serenity, "I think we might need the Outer Scouts here too, just in case."

	  Before 
Serenity could respond to Elder Venus's request, Pluto stated, "That won't 
be necessary, if all else fails I have a plan up my sleeve, so........"  
Before Pluto could Finish her sentence, a wind started out of no where, and 
brushed past everyone.  In a spectacular light show, a floating robed figure 
weaving his ugly hands around a crystal ball appeared, and began a very evil 
laugh.

	Serenity stared at this person, "Who are you?"  

	The figured stared at Serenity laughing, "I am the Doom Phantom from 
the Nega-Moon, and going to vaporize you."  With that, he raised his crystal 
ball and shot a beam of negative energy at everyone.

	"SCATTER, EVERYONE."  Queen Serenity ordered.  As soon as she was on 
her feet, after she and everyone else dodged the attack, she took out her 
Crescent Moon wand, with the Imperium Silver Crystal on it, and pointed it at
the Doom Phantom, and shouted, "COSMIC MOON POWER."  The Elder Scouts and 
Sailor Pluto followed suit with their attacks.

	"MERCURY ICE SHARDS IMPALE."  Like Younger Mercury's Bubbles, energy 
gathered in Elder Mercury's hands.  She then through the energy and it turned
to many ice Shards.
 
	"MARS INFERNO ERUPT."  Fire gathered into Elder Mars's pointer 
fingers, when she brought them together.  When it was released, it went out 
like a big ball of fire, and expanded in the form of a wall.

	"JUPITER HURRICANE STRIKE"  Lighting clouds like those of the great 
red spot, appeared above Elder Jupiter.  Her Tiara extended a lighting rod 
and the lighting from the cloud made contact.  With that, both cloud and 
lighting went out, followed by powerfully high speed winds.

	"VENUS SOLAR RAYS CRASH."  Energy gathered into Elder Venus's right 
pointer finger, and she let it loose in one wide beam of energy the color of 
the sun.

	"DEAD SCREAM."  Dark purple energy collected at the top of Sailor 
Pluto's time staff before it leapt out toward its target.

	All six attacks hit the Doom Phantom.  He managed to raise a shield, 
but not before he received some of the blow.  After the attacks stopped he 
took a good look at everyone, "Your almost as strong as the Sailor Scouts I 
fought in Tokyo.  You won this round but I'll be back.  HAHAHAHAHAHA."  With 
that he teleported away the same way he teleported in.

	Pluto was the first to recover, "So that's the change I felt in the 
timeline."  

	"What do you mean Pluto?  Who was that," Serenity asked.  

	Pluto watch as everyone got back onto their feet before answering, 
"We better discuss this in private."

	Queen Serenity agreed, "All right, lets go back to the Throne Room, 
no one is their.  After a few minutes of walking back to the Throne Room, 
Serenity stared at Pluto, "O.K., so what's the story, Pluto?"  

	"First you must all swear to secrecy not to tell anyone what I'm 
about to tell you," After everyone's nods she continued, "That man is called 
the Doom Phantom.  He is the leader of a force called the Nega-Moon, he is 
also from 2000 years into the future."

	Everyone was shocked, "WHAT?"

	"He and the rest of the Nega-Moon tried to destroy the kingdom of 
that time period, called Crystal Tokyo,"  Once everyone was settled down she 
continued, "But because the kingdom's defenses were so strong, they had to 
try to defeat the kingdom by traveling in time to before its existence, the 
20th century to be exact.  They would have succeeded if it were not for two 
factors, 1.) the princess of Crystal Tokyo went to the 20th century to find 
her mother of that time period, and 2.) the Sailor Scouts of the 20th century
interfered with the Nega-Moon's plans at every turn.  In the end, they 
defeated the Nega-Moon and the Wise Man, now called the Doom Phantom.  The 
Doom Phantom was supposedly killed in the final fight by the Princess of 
Crystal Tokyo and the Sailor Scout of the Moon."

	Queen Serenity found this part puzzling, "Wait a sec.  There never 
has been a Sailor Moon."  

	Sailor Pluto answered, "I know that your majesty. She is the first, 
and she is the leader of the 20th century Sailor Scouts."

	Elder Venus took this moment to speak, "Pluto, you mentioned a 'plan 
you have up your sleeve' if needed.  I think it's needed.  What is it?"

	Pluto smiled, a rare sight, "My plan is to bring the Scouts of the 
20th century here. They have better experience in this matter."

	Serenity looked worried, "Wouldn't that violate the laws of time, 
Pluto?"

	"Not in this case.  Someone has traveled to the past to threaten it. 
There for I have whatever resources are available though out time," Pluto 
answered.

	"Then I think you better get going," Serenity advised.  Pluto only 
nodded her head before she took her staff and pointed it to her side.  The 
time gate appeared and Pluto stepped though.

	In another part of the moon, the Doom Phantom was making his 
Strategy, "I can't believe I managed to escape that attack in Tokyo.  Had I 
not decided to time travel I would have died there.  Unfortunately, I am now 
stuck in this time period, perminately.  Luckily I managed to bring some of 
my droids with me, even if it is only a handful.  Now lets see what I can do 
to get rid of the royal family of the moon. HAHAHAHAHAHA."
