This report hits on an interesting aspect of e-money - how organised crime groups could use e-money. This article alerts the IT industry that there are indeed some disadvantages for a faster transaction, and an increased mobile form of money.

Usability and Navigation Design of the Resource

Since this is a one web page report it does not need much fancy features, plain text, black white color scheme and no graphics. However, since the report is rather long, links to different sections of the report should be provided at the table of contents. Furthermore, links for navigating back to the top of the page should be provided at the end of each section of the report to provide a better design.
