2 teasp. citric acid
3 cups sugar
Method:
1. In a large pot, boil all ingredients 1 minute.
2. Steep 12 hours.
3. Strain away orange and lemon peels.
4. Dilute to taste.
5. Store in air-tight containers.
* Yields 7 cups.

Method:
1. Squeeze grapefruits.

2. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Cool.
3. Stir in orange juice, cold water an ice. (If oranges are squeezed through a juice
machine, add no water or sugar).

Method:
1. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Cool.
2. Blend all ingredients. Add ice.
If blender is not available:
1. Put pineapples into a cloth.
2. Knead and squeeze out juice.
3. Whisk into other ingredients.

3.Press blended juice through a sieve to strain.
If blender is not available:

2. Knead and squeeze out juice.
3. Whisk into other ingredients.

4 large apples
3/4 cup cold water

Method:
1. Dissolve sugar in hot water.
2. Grate apples on smallest grater blade. Pulp should be liquid and mushy.
3. Pour into a cloth.
4. Squeeze all juice out of pulp in cloth.
5. Chill. (If apples are squeezed through a juice machine, add no water or sugar).
* Yields 2 cups.

1/2 Tablesp. ginger powder
1/4 teasp. tumeric
1 1/2 cup raisins
4 Tablesp. sugar
Method:
1. Squeeze lemon.
2. Squeeze 1 1/2 the oranges.
3. Slice remaining 1/2 orange into very thin slices.
4. Boil all ingredients. Steep 5 minutes. Do not strain.
5. Serve with raisins and orange slices.
* Yields 4 cups.

1 teasp. fennel seeds
juice from 1 lemon
4 Tablesp. honey
Method:
1. Boil all ingredients except lemon juice and honey.
2. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes.
3. Stir in lemon Juice and honey.
4. Strain through sieve. Serve hot.

1/4 cup whole wheat grains
4 cups milk

1 Tablesp. dark brown sugar or molasses
Method:
1. Dry roast barley an wheat grains until they pop and brown.
2. Add milk and sugar. Boil 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat. Simmer 3 minutes.
4. Strain. Serve hot.
* Yields 4 cups.

Method:
1. Boil rice, water an cinnamon.
2. Simmer 1 hour. Strain.
3. Stir in sugar or honey. Cool.

(This can be used as a remedy for diarrhea.)

Method:
1. Combine wheat grains and water.
2. Cover. Soak 12 hours. (Do not soak longer or they will root.)
3. Strain. Save water and grains separately.
4. Add another 3 cups fresh water to soaked grains.
5. Soak 12 hours. Strain. Save water.
6. Do not use wheat grains after making 2 bathes of sprouted Wheat Water.
(This drink enhance digestion.)

1. Pour boiling water over grated ginger.
2. Stir in sugar.
