Who he is...

Seiya Kou is the lead vocal in the popular idol group Three Lights.
He is an athletic, stylish, and romantic 16 years old guy who is always busy with his idol works.
Seiya lives with his friends, who are also members of Three Lights.

What happens after he shows up... (basically, the storyline of the SailorStars series -_-;)

Seiya shows up right after Mamoru goes to America (They pass by each other at the airport).
When he meets Usagi again, he starts calling her "Odango" just like Mamoru used to
(without knowing that he used to call her that) and Usagi, at first,
gets really annoyed by that (She doesn't seem mind later on though)
Soon, Seiya and the others transferr to Juuban High School and ends up in Usagi's class.
They eventually become friends with inner senshi and hang around with them alot -
especially Seiya; he's with Usagi like every episode ^^;

Well, as Seiya and others appeared, so did the Sailor Starlights...
who really resembled Seiya and others but were in female form o_O;;
Well, the Starlights didn't really become friends or allies with the Sailor Senshis of the
Solar System because, at the time, new enemies were Sailor Senshis from other galaxies
and Starlights were from another galaxy. Sailormoon did try to become friends with the
Starlights at one point, but outer senshis stopped her -_-; Yeah, they (the outers)
were very hostile to the Starlights until the very end. -_-;;

After a while, the inner senshi and Three Lights find out about each other's alter ego.
And that makes Seiya and Usagi a little uneasy with each other, because unlike
Seiya and Usagi, Starfighter and Sailormoon weren't great friends at all!...
But Seiya and Usagi wanted to see each other again *^_^* But, of course, the other people
didn't let them...(hmmph!) And soon, Seiya's princess (Sailor Starlights were looking for
her all along) shows up... and Seiya and Usagi get more awkward and stuff... -_-; but they
don't forget about each other ^^ (and there are some very romantic episodes in the middle
of all these events... Seiya getting hurt protecting Usagi... Seiya comforting Usagi
crying in the rain... Seiya's concert... etc... etc... )

And soon after Kakyuu Princess shows up... Galaxia kills the Princess! o_O
And Starfighter and others go to Galaxia for revenge! And so does the inner and
outer senshi to protect the Earth, which is being destroyed at that time... -__-;;
During the battle, inner senshis die for Starlights. Seeing this, Starlights decide to
protect Sailormoon and fight with her against Galaxia.
Starfighter here, protects Sailormoon whenever she can, risking her life (but never dying!)
It's really touching T.T you should definitely see it if you didn't already.
Well, in any case, the Starlights are with Sailormoon to the very end, where
Sailormoon saves the Earth and Galaxia, and cheer her on when she's hopeless.

After the battle with Galaxia, Three Lights and Kakyuu Princess decide to go
back to their own Galaxy. (Well, you know, they have to rebuild things and all -_-;)
Seiya, saying good-bye to Usagi, tells Mamoru to protect her for him...
and leaves with the others...(what an ending! --;;;)

Transformations and Attacks...

-----"Fighter star power, make up!" - Seiya says this to transform into Sailor Starfighter.
To transform, he uses a "winged star" transformation item, together with a
"winged head set" that he speaks into. There are two versions to this transformation.
In the first transformation sequence, Seiya just floats in the space and changes
into Sailor Starfighter. In the second version, things get more complicated... ^^

"Star Serious Laser" - This is Sailor Star Fighter's attack.
There's three versions to it. In the first version, a circle of stars appear as she raises
her arm in the air. Beams of light gather in her hand, and she then throws her hand in front,
projecting the laser beam at the opponent. In the second version, a circle of stars
appear as she raises her Star Item the stars gathers in it. As she throws her arm out,
the beam of light shoots at the enemy. In the third version, she holds her Star Item up
in the air and as she throws her hand infront of her, beam shoots at the apponent.
