Sailor Angel Certari Funku: The funku is Super Senshi style.  The skirt, neck covering, and back bow are ice
blue (match the hue of her hair), and the front bow is a darker blue.  In the middle of the front bow is a silver, snowflake shaped locket.  She has ice blue boots that are like Sailor Pluto's.  Her gloves are inner senshi style and the
openings have ice blue bands.  Her wings extend from her back and they are snow-white.
 

Fubuki Shuriken (Snow storm shuriken) :It is a small silver ninja star she throws at the enemy.  It always comes back to her after striking the enemy (not like a boomerang...it just reappears in her hand).

Certari Crystal Power, Make Up!-She shouts her phrase, then her body begins to spin around.  She holds out her
right hand, pointing with her index finger, forming a french manquire (ice blue on dark blue).  Her wings delicately spread from her back.  Snowflakes swirl around her body, coming up from the ground, and move up to her head.  As it travels up, it creates her funku.  Once her funku is fully formed, the snowflakes fall gently to the ground.  A few snowflakes swirl past her lips on
the way down, making ice blue lipstick appear on her lips.  Once this is all done, she strikes a pose and is ready to fight.

Ice Crystals Slice: She holds her hands out in front of her as she shouts this and razor sharp crystals of ice appear.  The fly at the enemy, slashing them.

Deep Freeze Entrap:  She throws her Fubuki Shuriken as she shouts this.  A swirl of snow and ice crystals surround it.  Once the shuriken strikes the enemy, their body becomes encased in a coffin of ice.(1 every 2 e-mails)

Freak Blizzard Strike:  She holds her arms up in the air, her wings flared out as she shouts this.  With all the energy in her body, she calls upon the elements to create a blizzard.  She calls the blizzard to her hands, then she .uses her mind to control which direction the blizzard will let out its force.  This attack is quite dangerous for Certari, because it saps her energy, usually
causing her to pass out.(1 every 5 e-mails)
 

Personality: Hyouden is shy and introverted, rarely speaking to those she doesn't know.  She comes across as snobbish at times, but she really is a nice person.  She doesn't like to reach out to others for help, and tries to solve her problems on her own.

Quick Background: Hyouden is the daughter of a wealthy family.  She has spent most of her childhood alone by choice.  She spends a lot of her time writing poetry, reading, or surfing the internet.  She has always felt a keen loneliness, but she rarely ever made an effort to make friends.  Her parents usually fussed at her for this, but she didn't care.  When she entered Nozomu;
