Sailor Angel Rujiel Funku- The style of the suit itself is more towards that of a super uniform, with white angel wings protuding from the back. The main color of the suit is silver, the bows and stripes are yellow. The button in the center of the bow is a siver heart with small angel wings on each side. Her silver shoes are an excat replica of the style Sailor Neptune wears.

Kaze Teiin(Wind Staff)- Rujiel's stafff is a marble staff with golf triming winding its way up the staff to the top where there is an angel holding a clear crystal ball.

Rujiel Crystal Power, Make Up!- Hitoiki starts of with her hand at chest level as she calls out Rujiel Crystal Power. On Make Up, she throws her right hand into the air fingers spread. Two light streaks stikes across her fingers forming a french manquire(yelllow on silver). The campera pulls back as the winds gently encircles her body froming the parts of her Sailor Funku piece by piece. Once the main parts of funku is devloped she lays back her head(eyes shut) as her wings form from her back and her tira appears. She twirls around and strikes her pose. Body facing sideways, head facing fron, her staff is at a digonal before her.

Lovley Silver Whirlwind!- Sailor Angel Rujiel twirls around collecting the winds in the crystal of her staff, when alot is stored she yells the attack realesing a small eilver whirlwind to fly towards her target.

Divine Tempest!- Sailor Angel Rujiel's crystal in her Kaze Teiin lights up, she raises up the staff and calls out the attack name sending a large bolt of lighting from the sky towards her target. Can be used only once every three e-mails and is not very
accurte.

Personailty- Hitoiki personailty reflects that of a young socialist under exterem preassure. Hitoiki constanly finds herself for prefection in every breath and turn that she makes. Hitoiki has a very low self esstem and self acception, and offten is found almost hystericall if everything dose not go according to plan. In Hitoiki's world, there is no such thing as a "fun" only time for improvement. Because of all these Hitoiki's classmates view her as an all too serious indivual. Her only "friends" for now reside in the student conciul of Jouri academy, on which she is the vice president.

History- Hitoiki is the middle daughter of the Joukaino family, and thus was placed into the sociallite world of Crystal Toyko at a very young age. Her father and mother are members of the Crystal Society(people who work closely with the Neo Court) Her older sister,Sansai, is Attending  Shinkou  Universty and is at the top of her freshmen class. Hitoiki's younger sister, Amai(5), is being introudced into the lower levels of Jouri Ladies Academy. The Joukaino family lives in the district north of Venus Star Point.
