Darren is dialing a number on a telephone.

Darren talking with a girl/lady on the phone. In the video, the shots switch
between Darren and the girl frequently. The whole face of the girl is never
revealed. Maybe at one time, just her eyes, or her mouth, or the back of her
head, or her hands fingering something, like a ring. And for Darren it would
be pretty much the same, except you can see his whole face once in a while.
I'm not sure about Daniel. If you have the album "Affirmation", do you
notice that Daniel's name isn't mentioned at the end of the lyrics on the
cover? It's like, "Darren Hayes: Lead Vocal / Walter Afanasieff: Acoustic
Piano, etc". So should Daniel be in the video?
If he is, then... okay, sometimes Daniel is shown, in various places.
Like maybe on TV in the girl's place. Maybe his picture is on a calendar in
Darren's place. He could be in a bathroom near the same place Darren is
talking to the girl. Sometimes he comes out and checks on Darren, then gets
back in. What? How long could he stay in a bathroom? A kitchen, maybe?
Anyway, he might or might not play an instrument. But he will show up more
frequently than in other videos you've seen. Okay, that's an idea...
*after Darren sings, "I see your face, I see your face"; generally, the
music is starting to end*
The girl hangs up, crying, or just looking sad. Darren, on the other end of
the phone, looks sad. Daniel, who'd been spying on Darren/eavesdropping the
whole time, emerges from the kitchen or the bathroom or whatever. Darren
says a few words to Daniel, and Daniel comforts him. And then we see the
girl staring at the phone, then finally turning away. Wait, we'll have to
see her face, then! Okay, okay, we can see her face...
That's it. The end. I made it up as I went along. Think it's okay?
