2/12- Takuya and Shizuka are getting marry... WHAT?
It turns out that that rumor of Takuya broke up with Shizuka is not true! They are actually going to get married!! The reason being is that Shizuka has been pregnant for 4 months, so, Takuya has to be responsible for the baby. Well, although me personally don't really look good on this marriage, but hey, I still hope they will form a lovely family.
27/08- Takuya broke up with Shizuka Kudo?
Rumors are saying that Takuya has moved out of Shizuka's house, thinking they have broken up, because of mistrust of each other. Takuya is a person who doesn't like to talk much about things other than his work, but he has to like Shizuka, who is very outgoing and like to talk a lot. Everywhere they go, Shizuka "report" to the outside, making Takuya very uncomfortable. Takuya had talked to her many times about this issue, but Shizuka never listened. Takuya have a feeling that he is being used by Shizuka to boost up her popularity, and that may be one of the reasons why they broke up. Another possiblity can be someone came between them. No one's sure.
26/08- The Big Show
The upcoming SMAP Concert Tour will be the biggest autumn tour ever, according to the offical reports. Performing for a record of 60 hundred thousand capacity, and this year's tour will be a total of 17 shows. Shingo is hoping to do one of his solos, [Shingo Mama no Oha Rock], in this tour. 13/08- Shingo Mama #1 in Chart
Shingo Mama's single [Oha Rock] remained within the top 3 spotsfor the first week of release, Shingo Mama stood the #1 spot as of August 28th, with a selling figure of 125,680 copies to date. But can it stays at the spot when the new SMAP single [Lion Heart] released, which is on August 30th.
12/08- SMAP in the [Dragon Quest VII] CM
Japan's media announced that Playstation's newest version of [Dragon Quest VII] will be released on 26 August. Last month, the shorter version of the CM was introduced to the public. Beginning August 14th, the longer version of the CM will be on air at all major TV stations. Playstation even shown an hour of pre-screening of this CM at 14 major giant outdoor screens in 8 main cities in Japan on August 13th,2000, at noon sharp. In this 60 seconds new version, the filming is in real-time style. In the CM, Shingo suddenly went missing, and the camera goes search of him. During the search, Kimura has a killer look, Nakai and Goro both dressed like an office man, in the middle of a filming; Tsuyoshi is the host of a variety show. At end, Shingo was found hiding at a corner, playing the new [Dragon Quest VII] game. Shingo was the first one who got to try this game other than the game stuff.
24/12- Takuya's new affair
On latest issue of magazine, Takuya was reported to have spent 10 nights with the 29 year old singer/actress, Shizuka Kudo. Both of them love surfing and Shizuka Kudo is an expert in cooking. She often goes surfing with some fellow artists, such as Ryuichi Kawamura of Luna Sea and Noriko Sakai. After the reporters of magzine trailing, Takuya was reported going in and out of her house very often and staying overnights. He could also break the code of the digital lock at her door easily. With these evidence , the rumour of Takuya with Miho Nakayama has finally come to an end.
22/12- Nakai broke up with his gf
magazine has reported that Nakai already broke up with his girlfriend, Sakaya Shimohira. She was reported that she received harsh warnings from both her management company and the Asahi Televsion Station to choose between love and career. Eversince their affair was revealed in September, Sakaya received many threat letters from Nakai's fans. Nakai knowing her received such bad treatments was very upset. Their relationship came to an end by pressures from the others.
28/08- A follow up of yesterday's news
The magazine "Female Seven" has reported, Takuya himself told the reporter that his 9-years relationship with Kaori has finally came to an end 2 months ago. The reason of their part is because of Takuya's popularity. Kaori wants to be like any other normal dating couple, shopping, and going to movies rather than just known as "Takuya's girlfriend". But anywhere Takuya goes will cause attraction. So that is the main reason that Takuya point out that their relationship didn't work out. Another thing was, Takuya is too busy with his work and has no time to spend with Kaori. And also age problem, Kaori is 28, 1 year older than Takuya. It's the age to get married, but Takuya's career don't allow. After some discussion, they both decided to part, mutually.
27/08- Takuya has broken up with his girl friend!
The news of Takuya has broken up with his long term girlfriend, Kaori, was reported yesterday in Japan. He sent a fax to his company, Johnny's, to confirm the news. In which he revealed that there isn't any third party that causes this break up. He wants to thanks Kaori, who has stood by and supported him for all these years. He is now busy with his work, and does not plan to or even ready for another girl friend. Because he still couldn't forget Kaori, he never loved a girl so deeply in his life. He wants to state that they parted mutually. This news has been a big blow to Takuya, and all he wants is to concentrate on his work, finish up the current tour and his movie "2046".
24/08- The primere of "Messengers"
On August 24th, 200 fans waited overnight to buy tickets for the primere of the movie "Messengers", just to catch a glimpse of the actors, and actress. This movie opened on August 21st and is showing at 197 theatres currently in Japan.
20/08- Takuya's drama
Takuya's latest drama with Mr. Tamori,"Konnya mo Eigyou Chuu", is going to be on air on September 18th (NTV).
09/08- Shingo has a new movie!
Shingo is going to have a new movie, called "Juvenile", on screen next spring.
08/08- Goro may go to Hong Kong
Goro's summer movie "Saimin" will be shown in Hong Kong on the 26th this month. THe lead actress, Miho Kanno, was going to go to Hong Kong for promotional works. But she is not able to go, due to her heavy work schedule. And so the lead actor, Goro, may take the responsibilities of going to Hong Kong for promotion. But everything has not been asured yet.
06/08- Tsuyoshi's new movie
Tsuyoshi's summer movie, "Messengers" will be seen at all theatres in Japan on the 21st. And the making of this movie will be shown on 19 August on FujiTV at 4:30pm. This special will show some of Tsuyoshi's Bicycle tricks, and the interviews with the actors.
03/08- Takuya and Tsuyoshi climb mountain!?
Takuya and Tsuyoshi lost the competition ant the SMAPXSMAP Special last night, and their punishment is to climb the Mount Fuji. Their goal is to climb up the Mount and do a special opening for next season's SMAPXSMAP Special/Bistro King competition.
01/08- Takuya will be in Shingo's show
Takuya will be the guest at Shingo's TV show, "Shounen Zunou Katori 1999", starting from 31 July untill 28 August on FujiTV. He will disguise as a new character with hairstyle like a mushroom, and thick glasses.
28/07- Nakai's video/Shingo got awarded
Nakai's "Naniwa Kinyou Do 4" video will be released on 18 August. Shingo was awarded the "Nikko Sprot Best Artist"!
25/07- Takuya's new drama!
Takuya will be having a new drama on NTV channel in August. This drama, "Konnya mo Eigyou Chuu", is about Takuya as Muraki and his co-star Mr. Tamori as Morida, working together in a TV station. Muraki is a producer, very hard working and his goal is to make the best TV shows.
