Here are some of my character rankings (Good guys only for now)

1.Sailorneptune
Sailorneptune wins my vote for first place. I like her for so many reasons she has grace, charm, intelligence, talent, determination, and style. There is nothing she does not excell in. She is what I would like to be like. (I know alot of people say this, but it's true) She is the reasonable voice in her partnership with Uranus. She is also in my opinion, the prettiest of all the senshi. Besides, she could kick Sailormercury's butt without breaking a nail.{No offense, but this is the opinion page.}

2. Sailorsaturn
She is sweet and pretty and has more power in her pinkie than the other senshi combined. Her power to heal is very cool and I love the clothes she wears. What's remarkable about her is how she fights to save the cruel world that mistreats her. The only thing I don't like is how little screen time she got in the anime. After all even Chibi Usa got a whole season dedicated to her.

3>Sailorjupiter
Very few people I know dislike Jupiter even if she is not there favorite. Mako also has alot going for her. She is tough and athletic and pretty and graceful. She is tomboyish and at the same time quite feminine. I like how she mixes with the stereotypes. Plus she manages to live alone and still take care of her self and her responsibilites. Gotta love Jupiter!

4-6 Moonkitties
Okay, they're not senshi, but cats are my fav animals so of course they are going to get a high ranking with me. Besides they're so...kawaii.

Artemis. I like him for numerous reason. Firstly he has a great personality. He is funny and I love is interactions with Minako. He is laid back and easy-going and not only a kawaii kitty but a pretty cute human as well! ^_- I think the parts where he is in love with Luna are so touching. Darn, I'm getting sappy.

Diana. She has the cutest voice. And she is always saying cute things, and asking a ton of questions just like a little kid. She is the epitome of kawaii in every way, nuff said.

Luna. You gotta admire her. She has a tough job. It's not easy training Usagi. I wouldn't want the responsibility. I think she is so cool the way she makes Artemis jealous. She likes him as much as he likes her, but she makes him work for her. Good kitty.

7.Sailorvenus
The funniest of the senshi. She is goofy and funny and just has an overall good personality. But she is not just a ditzy blonde. As leader of the inner senshi, she is level headed and logical. She has alot of pain in her past but she manages to put it behind her and live in the present. Another I have to admire.

8.Sailormars
The prettiest of the inner senshi. Okay, I know alot of people hate Mars, but those are usually the people who have been misguided by the DIC version. Raye is very different from Rei. Rei (the Japanese Raye) is actually Usagi's best friend. She is strict with Usagi to push her to do her best. Yes, she is hot-tempered and may sometimes "go to far" but she is only trying to do what she thinks is right. I love her independence, confidence and determination. That is why she wins my vote for #8.

9.Sailoruranus
Okay so her name could be used in a sick pun, but we're mature enough to handle that...right? She is Neptune's only equal in the fact she excells on everything. She's rich, she's smart. She would do anything she must to fight for her cause. I don't really relate to her on any level which is why she isn't ranked higher but hey, she's still really cool.

10.Chibi Moon
I admit it, when I first saw Rini in the NA dub I thought "oh someone put it out of our misery" but that was Rini. I think Chibi Usa is very cute, and even if she is a little bratty, I think she has good intentions and is typical of such a little kid. Though I wouldn't have dedicated a whole season to her, (Sailormoon Supers S) I do admit I like the little rabbit.

11.Sailormoon
The star of the show, and she's only number 10? Well, what can I say I like the others better. In the first season I didn't like Usagi much at all. Her whining was too much to take and I just didn't care for her. Later on Sailormoon S especially I started liking her more. And I do think her Japanese voice is cute.

12.Sailormercury
Sailor Mercury is cute. She's smart and she's loyal. But, she doesn't stand out--to me. She's got alot of the same qualities Neptune has but not the same strength. I don't however understand the dozens of hate pages that are out there about her. She's a very sweet character and the senshi wouldn't be the same without her.

13.Sailorpluto
I know there are a fairly good amount of Pluto fans out there. AND once again I am not saying anything bad about her. She's just not my favorite. She does have her moments though. I think it's great when she stops time even though it's a forbidden attack.

14.Tuxedo Kamen
Okay. I admit it. I am not a huge fan. He's a big snore. As Tuxedo Kamen he gives long-winded speeches and saves the senshi just in the nick of time. Rather cliché to me. As Mamoru he's okay. He get's a few points for being cute, but his personality is rather bland for my taste.
