Sailorpluto is the senshi of time. She controls the time gate and only appears when she knows something is bad is going to happen. {Well, seeing as she rules over time, yeah, she predicts these things.} She first appears at the end of Sailormoon R. You know that little cat head ball that Chibi-usa carried around? That was like a kind of walkie-talkie because whenever she talked to the cat, she was actually talking to Sailorpluto or "Puu", Chibi-usa's nickname for her.
As for her color, I honestly don't know! But I think it's a dark red. But then again, it could be a dark green or maybe black....

Her name on Earth is Meiou Setsuna. She's kind of a mysterious person. She doesn't come to Earth in a casual form until Sailormoon Super. You often see her with the Outer Senshi, especially with Haruka and Michiru.{Actually, the only Outer Senshi that does mix with the Inner Senshi is Hotaru, but that's only because of Chibi-usa...}Remember how everyone was reincarnated onto Earth after the Silver Milenminum? Well, Setsuna never reincarnated. So, though her age is given as an 18 year old, she is really 1,000 years old. {Covers up those wrinkles rather well, doesn't she? Maybe it's Maybelline} And since she always has to guard the Time Gate {which is like a Time Tunnel}, you rarely see her on Earth.
Setsuna is a bit of a loner because of her duty to the Time Gate. She also doesn't like to reveal herself to others. Because of her job as the Time Gate keeper, she is sort of like the old wise woman {well, literally she is} who knows what is going to happen, what someone's destiny will be, etc. Of course, that doesn't mean she doesn't have any heart or feelings. She is in love with Neo-king Endymion. {This is partly why she was so watchful and motherly to Chibi-usa ^^} But seeing as that she doesn't want to interfere with destiny, she rarely shows it. Setsuna is one of those people who are very reserved and hold themselves together very well.
You can often find her in some sort of three piece suit. She has this thing with humongous bows on her shirts.Setsuna almost always wears mini skirts and high heels, even in freezing weather.
She was the first to gain her talisman. She owns the third one, the Garnet Orb, which sits at the end of her Time Staff. The Time Staff is like a giant key. Her first power was Dead Scream. Instead of yelling it out like a maniac, she whispers it. She swirls around in this blizzard like cloud, says Dead Scream, and an energy ball shoots out of the Garnet Orb. Another power allows her to stop time. But it is forbidden and whenever she uses it, she must return to the Time Gate. It's called the Dark Dome Close. Sailorpluto also has a helicopter. However, at the end of Sailormoon Super, it was destroyed.
