Sailorsaturn is the senshi of destruction. Um, I have no clue as to why such a sweet girl would be chosen to have such a morbid power, but I guess appeareances can be deceiving.
Tomoe Hotaru is a rather sweet girl. Really, she is. She may have the power to destroy the world and chop people's heads off with that derranged can opener of hers, but she's very kind and nice. She first lived with her father, Professor Tomoe, after turning into a baby again. But then Setsuna took her because she knew that the Senshi would need her. From that point on, she got to live in a nice white mansion with Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru. But, I think that in the magna, she is mainly taken care of by Haruka and Michiru. In the anime she is mainly taken care of by Setsuna. In the magna she calls Haruka, "Haruka-papa", and Michiru, "Michiru-mama". She calls Setsuna, "Setsuna-mama". So I guess you could say that Haurka and Michiru are Hotaru's parents, with Setsuna as a very close aunt. Hotaru went through many major growth spurts so that she could catch up and leave off at what age she was before being turned into a baby. As a little kid she was a little bit clumsy because she kept breaking things, espeascilly dishes. {But that's okay, we all did that at one point or another, didn't we?} She can also play the violin, just like Michiru. Now when is she going to pick up playing the piano, like Haruka?
When Hotaru was living with her demented father, she didn't have many friends. She seemed a little bit sad. Most people thought she was weird and morbid and stayed away from her. Mainly it is because she had this power to heal people when they were injured. Kind of ironic, considering she was sick and weak herself. But now that she has a brand new set of parents, I don't know if she has that power anymore.
Another irony are her parents. As you know, Haruka and Michiru wanted to kill her because she had Mistress 9 in her. But Sailormoon protested, so Hotaru got to live. Now Haruka and Michiru are her parents and care for her deeply. {"Isn't ironic?...don't you think?"- sorry, didn't mean to quote Alanis Morissette.}
Sailorsaturn is the most powerful senshi. {Come on, if your power was death, wouldn't you be powerful, too?} At one point in time, as Mistress 9, she was suppose to bring the world to a "silence" and kind of destroy it as well. She has many different powers. She doesn't have any talismans, instead she has something called the Silence Glaive. It's like that stick the Grim Reaper carries around. Her powers are:Silence Wall, Silence Glaive Apply, and Death Ribbon Revolution. The last one only appears in a video game, but hey, if it's in a video game, then it can be counted as one of her powers. The Silence Wall is when she uses the Glaive to form a forcefield to protect her from attacts. The SGA is like a sonic boom. It's a silent boom, mildly put.
I have never seen her transformation and have only seen her intro once. The people working for Sailormoon should make a special surrounding her and put it in there.
