The Timeline is still under construction, and is not complete due to my
distance from Tokyo. This is the best that I can do at the moment:

 go into any detail.

Here is Frik's view on how much time has passed...
It has been four and a half years since the comic started since August of
1988. (It is now June 1997)

CH. 16: Belldandy says it has been one year. It seems autumn to me because
of falling of leaves and dresses people wear.

--First year
(Keiichi is a year 2 student.)

CH. 18: New years day.
CH. 25: Blooming of "Ume" (Japanese apricot tree) suggests early spring.
CH. 26: Summer due to how keiichi sleeps with mosquito smoke and eaten
    watermelon.

--Second year
(Keiichi is a year 3 student.)

CH. 29: New year. there is a calendar saying it is January 2nd. And all
the normal Japanes new year things.
CH. 30: end of winter break.
CH. 31: Valentines Day -> Feburary.
Appearance of Skuld along with Terrible Master Urd took a while. (Volume
7 flies by with no indication of season or seasonal events.
CH. 48: Summer camp at Honda Inn.
CH. 50: Keiichi says it is september at the beach.

--Third year
(Keiichi is a year 4 student now.)

CH. 54: Keiichi says it is cold today. assuming early spring or late
    winter.
CH. 55: Ume blossoms again. early spring.
CH. 66: Summer. assuming because of clothes people wear around Keiichi
on top of "Man with Whale" statue.
CH. 69: Still summer. Keiichi and all goddesses go to swimming pool!
    (Yeah!)
CH. 70: Going back to school. sugesting late August or early September.
CH. 75: Sayoko mentions end of summer break. meaning still early September.
CH. 78: Keiichi looks for a job in October. (Supported by a side-note in
	 'Afternoon'.)
Ch. 89: Skuld looks at October issue of Shojo Manga magazine (I
presume) called "Run-Run" (Lun-Lun, whatever) Still October

--Fourth year

CH. 93: Information board where Skuld hides behind had two
advertisement of events happening in 3/9-3/31 and 4/3-4/12. Therefore I
    assume around Feburary or March.
Story of the boy (Velsper) took wooping 8 chapters. And three chapters
about Robot Girl does not indicate time of the year.

In addition to my boring and long explanation, when Mr. Fujishima said
how old Belldandy was, (June of 1993, ch. 53 was issued) about three
years have passed in comic plot (according to above list) Mr. Fujishima
said Belldandy is 21 years old that makes Belldandy 18 years old when
she met keiichi. The series started in August of 1988. She became 19
on first new year. 20 on second new year. 21 on third new year.
Interview with Mr. Fujishima on June that year, therefore she is still
21. 22 on fourth new year. Comes to autumn of fourth year completing
entire four years. Add half an year, which easily passes fifth new year.
That makes Belldany 23 years old now, since Belldandy's birthday is
January First, 1969 (actual year is 196X).
