Aa Megami-sama chapter 54 (volume 9, page 39 - 74)

Keiichi and Belldandy were at school.  Keiichi said that it was very
cold.  Then Belldandy put her scarf around Keiichi.  Keiichi thought,
"The warmth of Belldandy's scarf must be the warmth of her feelings."
Belldandy said, "Please don't catch cold."  Keiichi thought that he was
very lucky to have met Belldandy.

When they got home, they heard Skuld and Urd playing around.  Skuld ran
to the door to meet Keiichi and Belldandy.  She said that she had gotten
a new power.  But Urd came and yelled at Skuld.  Urd had the large kanji
"baka" written on her face.  Skuld said that her new power was that she
became able to write in kanji.  Then Urd blasted Skuld.  Keiichi was
watching this and thought, "I haven't been alone with Belldandy.  Maybe
it's destined that I can't be alone with her."

Then there was a phone call.  Urd picked it up and when she heard who it
was from, she became very shocked.  It was from god.

Belldandy, Skuld, and Keiichi were drinking tea.  Urd came up to Keiichi
and told him to record "Uga Uga Rugo" (a TV show) for her.  Keiichi was
surprised and asked what had happened.  Urd said that the system had
recovered, so she had to go up to the heavens to take a course for those
who had lost their license.  Belldandy was happy for Urd, as it meant
that her penalty period was going to be shortened.  But Urd wasn't happy
as she would have to sit through boring lectures and do simulations (with
her magic power).  Skuld said that it wouldn't be punishment if it was
fun.  Then Urd said that Skuld would have to go to the heavens with her.
Skuld was shocked.  Urd said that god was going to change Skuld's
license to include "on earth training" too.  Skuld accepted it and said
sadly that she would go.

Then Keiichi thought to himself that he can finally be alone with
Belldandy.  Keiichi became very happy.

Later as Skuld was about to leave, she said to Keiichi, "Understand?
Just because you're all alone, don't do anything.  If you do anything,
you'll get Banpei-kun's special attack."

After Skuld left thought the bath, Urd said to Keiichi, "Keiichi, you
better do well.  If nothing happens, I'll give you the lightning attack."

That evening, Keiichi and Belldandy were watching TV together.  Keiichi
was thinking to himself that he was finally alone with Belldandy.  But he
couldn't do anything and had just drank 12 cups of tea.  Then he made up
his mind and went closer to Belldandy.  But Keiichi spotted Banpei-kun
peeking in from the outside, so he just asked for another cup of tea.

Later when Keiichi tried to sleep, he couldn't.  He thought that it was
because he was alone with Belldandy.  But it was actually because he had
drank 20 cups of tea.

The next day Keiichi (with blood shot eyes) went up to Megumi at school.
He asked her to sleep over at his house.  Then Keiichi explained the
situation .  Megumi said, "Kei-chan, is it true that you haven't done
anything until now?  Really!  You've been living with her for so long!?"
Keiichi blushed and couldn't answer.  Megumi asked, "Kei-chan, are you
impotent?"

Then as Megumi was walking away she said, "Your love isn't going to get
anywhere with just your feelings.  At least that's what I think.  If
Belldandy's a normal girl, she'll think that too.  You should have some
more confidence in yourself."

After Megumi left, Keiichi thought, "Yeah, that's right, if she was a
normal girl."

When Keiichi got to his motorcycle, Belldandy was sitting on the sidecar
thinking to herself.  Keiichi called out to her a couple time, but she
didn't answer.  When Belldandy finally answered, Keiichi discovered that
her face was red.  Then when Belldandy stood up, she immediately lost her
balance.  But Keiichi caught her.  Keiichi noticed that Belldandy's face
was red and that her eyes were bleared.  So he thought that Belldandy was
thinking the same thing he was.  When Keiichi tried to hug Belldandy,
Keiichi just caught air.  Belldandy had fallen down to her knees.
Keiichi asked what was wrong, and Belldandy said that she was just a
little dizzy.

At home, Keiichi put Belldandy in her futon.  He took her temperature but
it was too high to measure with a thermometer for humans.  Keiichi asked
if Belldandy can take some medicine, but she said that human medicine
wouldn't work for her.

Keiichi saw that Belldandy was suffering a lot as she slept.  Then he
thought of Urd.  He thought that there might be some medicine in her
room.  When Keiichi went to Urd's room, he found a lot of medicine in
bottles with funny markings.  Since Keiichi couldn't figure it out, he
just tried one thinking that Urd wouldn't have any poisonous ones.

The first medicine that Keiichi tried made his hair grow very long.  The
second medicine that he tried made his breasts bigger.  Keiichi thought
that he had turned into a girl, but it was just the breasts.  He tried
various other medicines and even actually turned into a real girl.  But
he couldn't find the right medicine.

A very disappointed Keiichi went beside Belldandy and said, "So with just
my feelings..  It's no good."
"That's not true," Belldandy said as she reached to touch Keiichi's
hands.  She continued, "Because the heart is the beginning of everything.
If you don't believe, nothing will happen.  Also your feelings give me
tranquillity.  You are not powerless."

Then Keiichi got up with a determined look on his face.  Keiichi went to
the phone and tried calling.  He wanted to reach the "helpful megami
office".  After many times he finally connected.  Urd answered the phone,
and she was very surprised that Keiichi had reached her.

When Keiichi explained about Belldandy, Urd said that it was probably
because of the powerful magic that Belldandy had used the other day [in
the previous story].  Then Urd gave Keiichi the directions for making the
medicine.  It was a combination of medicines.  When Keiichi said that he
had tried taking those medicines, Urd pointed out that those medicines
only worked if they were properly mixed.  Then Keiichi rushed off to make
the medicine.

When Keiichi finished making the medicine he took the capsule and put it
into Belldandy's mouth, because she was sleeping.  Then Keiichi drank
some water.  Keiichi put his lips together with Belldandy's to give her
the water.  Then there was a bright flash of light.  Keiichi thought that
everything would be all right.  But Banpei-kun came into the room to give
his special attack to Keiichi.

The next day, Belldandy woke up and fully recovered.  Skuld came out of
the bucket of water and immediately saw the works, "I'm a hentai" written
on Keiichi's face.  Skuld accused Keiichi of doing something.  Urd came
and felt Keiichi's breasts.  She said that it was bigger than hers.
Belldandy got up in her futon and had no idea what was going on.
