Fushigi Garden

Welcome to the Fushigi Garden!  Here's little bit of info on Fushigi Yuugi.

The title means Myserious Play, and it is.  It's the story of Miaka and her friend Yui.

 They find a book called the Four Gods Sky and Earth and are brought into the book to

become the miko's, priestess, of one of the four animal Gods.

 The trick is that Miaka and Yui, best friends, are now on opposite sides!

Miaka is really the main character along with her protector/boyfriend Tamahome.

 Oh, Tamahome's voice is done by the same guy that does Heero Yuy's voice.  

There are 52 t.v. episodes and two OAV series and a manga.

This show has something for everyone.  It's funny, sad, romantic, and has cool fights.

 It's set in Ancient China and modern Japan.  

I can't even do the show justice with a discription, just go see it!
