The Old Ghoul

She is Shampoo's great-grandmother and head of Shampoo's tribe. She pushed Shampoo not to give up on Ranma and took her first to Jusenkyo to train and then to Japan again to open the Neko Hanten (as a front for Shampoo's efforts to win Ranma). She is occupied full time with helping out Shampoo and trying to keep Mousse away from Shampoo. She is very skilled in martial arts and is a formidable fighter despite her size, and is also knowledgeable with magical herbs and charms. She has taught much of those things to Shampoo as tools for winning Ranma. She has also taught Ranma and a few other characters some fighting skills for various reasons.... Cologne is 300 years old (the women of Shampoo's tribe are known for living extremely long) and is commonly referred to as the Old Ghoul.
