Episode title: Food Fetish

"Moonlight Knight, you can save me any time!"

"Ditto for me!" Said Amy, who was sitting with her. The two were together in the schoolyard during lunch. Lita wished that the Moonlight Knight was real, and not just some superhero. She asked Amy how cool it would be to go out with him, and Amy warned,

"Lita, don't torture yourself! It's not gonna happen!"

Meanwhile, nearby, Melvin came up to Molly with a basket of food. It was to celebrate an anniversary.

"Anniversary of what, Dweeb Meister?" Asked Molly. Melvin replied,

"Of the very first time you called me 'Dweeb Meister'!"

Melvin dragged Molly off to eat. There was chocolate cake for dessert. Amy and Lita watched, and Amy said,

"On the other hand, if Melvin can get a girlfriend, then the Moonlight Knight can be yours easy!"

Lita wished it would happen right away. She had a gourmet lunch. Meanwhile, Melvin was trying to get Molly to eat, and Molly said that she was saving room for the dessert. Serena was watching from behind a tree, and was steamed at Melvin for not offering her any food. She had an idea: Lita always had food. She'd simply get food from her. Lita and Amy were walking. Lita was looking forward to a lunch with Amy, but Amy had to work. They heard Alan's flute.

Alan was at a piano playing his flute. He was surrounded by girls, and the crowd was joined by Lita and Amy. Amy wondered where Alan learned to play so well. Lita noticed that Alan had no girlfriend.

"I'll eat lunch with him." Lita said. Amy told Lita to join the line. Suddenly, Amy had the notion that Alan was the Moonlight Knight. Alan showed up at roughly the same time that the Moonlight Knight, so it was possible. Meanwhile, Alan had stopped playing, and the girls were all asking Alan to lunch. He said,

"Thanks, all of you, but I don't ever do lunch." The crowd fell silent. Suddenly, they began again, and Alan tried to walk away. He passed Lita, and the girls all followed. Lita said that she had to find out if Alan was the Moonlight Knight, and said the only way to do it was to talk to him. Alan walked around the schoolyard, trying vainly to get away from the mob. While the girls were following, the boys of the school all said,

"What's that guy got that we haven't got?"

Alan turned a corner, and leapt high into the air. He landed on the school roof, and the mob went by below. Lita was the only one not part of the mob, and the only one to see Alan. She raced to the top of the school.

Alan thought to himself that the girls on this planet were weird because of their food. Just then, Lita arrived, and asked Alan if he would like to eat with her. Alan agreed.

Meanwhile in the computer room, Amy was typing amazingly fast, with only one hand. She was trying find out if Alan really was the Moonlight Knight, and the probability turned out to be 0.2%. Serena came in, looking for food. Amy laughed at Serena for forgetting her lunch. Serena fainted, and Amy told Serena she'd give her some orange juice if she stayed with her.

On the roof, Alan was presented with a small animal on a stick. He was disgusted. Lita called it "Squid on a Stick". Alan was afraid to try it, and Lita told him not to force himself. He ate it tentatively, and Lita watched him chew. He swallowed, and found that he liked the food. Lita showed him more of the food. Meanwhile, Anne watched from the shadows, and was extremely angry, out of jealousy. Alan ate more, and Lita said that she was glad, because she was eating lunch on a beautiful day with the 'hunkiest guy in school'. She asked Alan where he learned to play the flute, and Alan said that he had to.

"It's my destiny. Kind of like you and cooking, I guess." He said between bites. "It just comes naturally to me, you know?"

Lita then told Alan of her dream: She was going to own a world famous restaurant. People would come in from all over the globe just to have her cook for them. She wasn't sure she would be good enough. Anne walked up to them, and Lita asked her to join them. Anne said,

"No thanks. Don't like to have too much of that junk in your system. It might make you sick!"

Lita stood up to Anne, and told her that the only reason people would ever get sick of her food was because of the company they kept. Alan swallowed something that was spicy. Lita and Anne tried to tend to him, but went back to exchanging glances.

Later that day, Miss Haruna sent Serena home to eat. Her stomach growling had caused enough disturbance. Serena headed home, and met with Amy and Luna, who had her lunch. Serena was hysterical, and hugged her lunch, cradling it like a new mommy.

Anne was furious. Alan had nothing to answer for, but he tried to explain. Anne knew that they had to act human, but they didn't have to eat their food. She suggested that Alan go to a restaurant. Lita appeared, and asked Alan if they were still going to lunch the next day. Alan said that he didn't know, and Anne said,

"Don't say no on my account! I don't really care!" She walked off, and Lita asked Alan why Anne was so whacko.

Later, Lita and Alan were in a park talking. Lita really wanted to know the answer to Amy's question, so she asked.

"Do you ever hang around in a white cape and a turban?" Alan replied no. He thought That sounds like the Moonlight Knight! Alan asked why Lita wanted to know, and she said that he might have been someone she knew. Alan asked Lita if there was a connection between food and love. Lita said there was, and Alan asked,

"So, if you really love someone, the best thing you can do is offer them some kind of food?"

"If it's made with feeling." Lita replied. Alan asked what kind, and Lita laughed.

"I said 'feeling', not 'filling', silly!" Alan and Lita laughed. Anne watched from the shadows again, and was infuriated. She was so angry, that she reverted to her alien form.

Back at the school, Serena was eating rice as if she was in Rwanda. Amy said,

"You're as obsessed with eating as Lita is with snagging Alan!"

Serena finished the last of her rice with a disgusting gulp, and went to put a stop to Lita.

"You know why she eats so much?" Luna asked Amy. "Takes a lot of fuel to run that motormouth."

"No kidding!" Amy replied.

In the park, Alan asked Lita if she was opening her restaurant to give her love to complete strangers. She said no. Alan said that love was special, and Lita agreed. She said that when it was <I>real</I> love, then you want to do something to show you care. Without warning, Anne appeared, to break up the party. She blasted Lita and Alan (!!!), sending them flying. She showed Lita how she was going to feel: She crushed Lita's lunch bag. Lita challenged Anne, and Anne blasted Lita again. Nearby, Serena, Amy and Luna saw the spectacle. Serena was naturally afraid, and Amy knew that they had to save Lita. Luna looked to Serena, and said,

"Finished shaking, yet?"

Lita was on the ground.

"What's your problem anyway, Negaverse sleaze!"

Anne wasn't truly offended. She was about to blast Lita again, but then, Sailor Moon appeared. She was standing on a yellow dome. She said,

"I saw you smash that lunch bag! I hate seeing good food go to waste!"

Luna looked on, and said,

"I hope not too porked out to pull this off!"

Alan created tornadoes to distract Sailor Moon, and Lita. He appeared next to Anne. Anne said that she didn't need Alan, and Alan said,

"Yes, you do." He kissed her cheek. Anne blushed, and Alan told her to choose a Cardian. Anne chose Cardian Mophead.

Mophead attacked Sailor Moon, and missed. Mophead hit the small dome that Sailor Moon was standing on. The dome exploded, and Sailor Moon landed on her face. Lita, in the meantime, hid by a tree.

"JUPITER POWER!!!!!"

Sailor Moon was about to be hit, but Sailor Mercury appeared with Sailor Jupiter. Mophead had a new attack. She fired out a long tendril-like ribbon, and succeeded in trapping Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury. Jupiter leapt out of the way and began to charge up her Thunder Crash, but Mophead caught her in the middle of it. Mophead placed Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon in a ball made of the ribbon, and placed them on the park fountain. Sailor Jupiter tried to get herself free, and with a flash of light, the ribbons on Jupiter split, and fell to the ground. In the ground was a white rose. It was the Moonlight Knight.

"Sorry they destroyed all that lovely food of yours," Moonlight Knight said, "but perhaps a little revenge will taste just as sweet, hmm?"

Jupiter looked at the food she had worked so hard to prepare. She remembered her dreams, and her hopes.

"In the name of Jupiter, I call upon the powers of love and nature to banish this Mophead!"

Sailor Jupiter amplified her powers.

"JUPITER THUNDER DRAGON!!!!!!!"

The Dragon of lightning sped towards Mophead. The Dragon lingered over the Cardian, it's massive glowing form intimidating it. In one instant, Mophead was devoured, and the Dragon disappeared. All that was left was a severely injured Cardian.

Anne was about to attack, when someone stopped her.

"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH!!!!"

Alan and Anne dodged the shot. Sailor Mars appeared, and freed Sailor Moon and Mercury.

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!!!!"

Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury were on fire, and were screaming in pain. Their bonds disappeared, and they fell into the fountain below. Sailor Moon, smoking, said,

"Thanks a lot, Pyro!"

"Nothing's good enough for you, is it?" Mars retorted.

Mophead got up. She was about to attack, but Sailor Moon intervened.

"MOON SCEPTER ELIMINATION!!!!!"

Like others before her, Mophead was changed to a Cardian. Alan and Anne beat a hasty retreat. The Sailor Scouts were safe. To get their attention, a voice said,

"Excellent work, Sailor Scouts!"

It was the Moonlight Knight. Jupiter asked him who he was, and all he said was that he was a friend of the Sailor Scouts. The Moonlight Knight left, and Jupiter knew that Alan wasn't the Moonlight Knight. She said,

"It's just that he reminds me of my old boyfriend!" The others should have been expecting that.

At the apartment of Alan and Anne, Alan made Anne a delicious meal to show his affection. Anne was overjoyed, when she looked at something that didn't look quite right.

"Uh, what are those ugly brown things?"

"I don't know!" Alan replied. "You try them first!"
