Sailor Moon episode 18

"If you say so." was Molly's reply.

Serena asked if Molly had a bad dream, and Molly thought back, and could only recall certain things from a few days ago. She remembered Maxfield Stanton. How could she forget? Those eyes, that voice. She remembered when he told her that a mystery meeting sounded romantic, and suddenly, she recalled the point where Maxfield was yelling at her, disguised as a man in a tuxedo and cape. She though to herself that it was a dream.

Serena and Molly made it to class, and Melvin greeted them. He told them that a person named Princess Diamond was coming to town to throw a big party. Serena asked Melvin who Princess Diamond was, and Melvin said that she was the heir to the largest fortune in the world. He said that the Princess wasn't just there for a party. She was there to reveal her family's prized possession: The Imperial Crystal. Serena said that it would be cool to meet a Princess, and Molly said that the ball was going to be boring. The Princess had invited all the jewelers in the city. Serena said that she would go in Molly's place.

Luna was on the table, and was reading a newspaper article that had the story on Princess Diamond. She wondered of Princess Diamond was the Moon Princess.

Beryl wasn't going to pass this up. As if something that sounded so close to the treasure she sought couldn't actually be it. Nephlite appeared before his queen, and Zoicite was surprised. Nephlite said that Beryl had summoned her warriors, so he came.

"Warriors, not losers!" Zoicite taunted.

Nephlite just turned to his queen. She told him to get the Imperial Crystal, as it sounded a lot like the Imperium Silver Crystal. Before Nephlite left, Zoicite said that Nephlite was a loser. Beryl said that if he failed, he was history. Nephlite said that he wouldn't fail. He left, and Zoicite asked Beryl why she put up with him. Beryl just said,

"Desperation is the best motivation."

Zoicite was in her chambers, with her lover, Malachite. She was sobbing, and wondering when she would get her chance. Impatience was a sign of weakness, and Zoicite asked what if Nephlite succeeded. Malachite said not to question Queen Beryl.

Raye's place had three girls and a cat talking about how Princess Diamond could be the Moon Princess they're searching for. They had to protect her, and get in the embassy hall, where the ball was taking place. Serena suggested phoning, and Amy said that they'd never get through, and they couldn't see the Princess themselves. Serena said that they couldn't get in because of the security. Raye was angry at Serena.

"What, you got noodles in that head of yours to go with the meatballs?! We're the Sailor Scouts! We'll find a way in!"

Serena cried, and asked why all the yelling.

"I WASN'T YELLING!"

On the way home, Luna told Serena to take being a Sailor Scout seriously. When Serena got home, her dad was dressed in a nice tuxedo. Serena asked what was going on, and he said that he had been invited to the ball at the embassy. Serena wanted to go. Her dad couldn't take her, and she was mad. Suddenly, she got an idea. She took out the Luna Pen, and used it to transform herself into a princess. She asked Luna how she looked, and spun around. Luna said that the pen was only for Sailor business, and Serena said that it was Sailor business.

A fog enveloped a large castle. The man was in front. The man was Tuxedo Mask. What was he doing here? It felt familiar, and he knew he had someone to free from here. A voice beckoned to him to find the Imperium Silver Crystal...

At the embassy, Amy and Raye saw Serena get into the embassy. She was stopped by a man at the desk, and asked who she was. She said that she was Countess Popover. She went in, and saw that everyone in the ballroom was wearing masks.

Maxfield Stanton was invited everywhere. Even to an elegant ball at the embassy, and he saw Molly Baker. He went to her, and asked her to dance. They danced.

Serena was looking for her father. Then, her father found her. He didn't recognize her, and he took her picture. Suddenly, a person spilled their drink on Serena's dress. She left to take care of it.

Tuxedo Mask arrived, but this time, not to provide aid for one named Sailor Moon. He came for the Imperium Silver Crystal. He saw some guards at a door.

"Well, this is a no-brainer." He said to himself. "Those men aren't just there to guard their door knobs."

suddenly, he saw a young girl in a dress, that had a spot on it. It was Serena, but he thought he knew her long ago...

Molly and Maxfield were on the balcony. She began to think to herself to get real. She and Maxfield? Suddenly, Maxfield caught her off guard, and possessed her. She would work for the Negaverse.

Serena was in the dance hall, and thought that it was boring. Then, her one true dream of the night happened. Tuxedo Mask asked her to dance. They danced like they had known each other, each of Tuxedo Mask's steps being matched and countered with Serena's. They had a feeling of familiarity.

At the top floor, Molly came to the door of the Princess' room, and was stopped. She explained to the guards that she was called by the Princess. Inside, Princess Diamond, a young girl with glasses, was wondering where he stand-in was. The doors opened, and Molly stepped in. When the doors closed, Molly's body was left as it was, and Princess Diamond was possessed.

Princess Diamond ran out of the room, with the Imperial Crystal in her hands. The guards sounded the alert. Meanwhile, in the ballroom, Luna came to Serena, and said that she suspected that the Negaverse heard about the crystal. They left.

Meanwhile, Diamond was on the balcony, and just as she was about to throw it, Serena stopped her. The Princess tried to bump her off the balcony, and Serena was about to fall, when Tuxedo Mask got her. Diamond began to bump both of them, and Luna attacked Diamond. Meanwhile, Amy thought that something was going wrong.

Nephlite was about to get at Tuxedo Mask, when a bolt of energy flew at him.

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!"

Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars appeared.

Meanwhile, Tuxedo Mask pulled up Serena. He did, and told Serena to meet him outside. On the ground level, Nephlite left, and Tuxedo Mask went to get him. Then, Sailor Mercury stopped him, and asked why he was after the crystal. He said that it was because he didn't know who he was. Sailor Mercury reminded him that he was Tuxedo Mask, and he said that he didn't know who he was. Tuxedo Mask went after Nephlite. Serena had hearts in her eyes, and Sailor Mercury reminded her of the Princess. Serena made herself ready.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

Sailor Moon was there.

In the hall, a crowd surrounded Diamond. Serena's dad was taking pictures. Meanwhile, Nephlite was thinking that he couldn't go back empty-handed, and he revived the Princess. Diamond took the crowd's energy. The Sailor Scouts appeared, and Princess Diamond simply created a whirlwind, and floated down to the ground outside. The Sailor Scouts followed. When they landed, Mars attacked.

"I CALL UPON THE POWER OF MARS FIREBALLS CHARGE!!"

The small paper hit the Princess, and the spirit that had possessed the Princess was forced out. They noticed that it had Nephlite's face. The spirit blasted the Sailor Scouts with wind, and Sailor Mercury countered.

"MERCURY BUBBLES BLAST!!!"

The wind stopped. The Sailor Scouts cheered, and Princess Diamond, whose glasses had fallen off, woke up.

The Sailor Scouts asked the Princess if she was the Moon Princess, and she asked them to wait while she got her glasses. She picked them up, and saw Luna talking to her. She fainted, and Luna said that if she was the Moon Princess, she would've been expecting Luna.

In the hall, people were waking up. Serena's dad looked for his camera, and saw that the film had been exposed. Then, the family presented the Imperial Crystal. It was a small statuette, and it had been in the family for generations. In the Princess' room, Molly woke up.

"I'm getting like Serena, falling asleep everywhere."

Nephlite said that the crystal was worthless, while young Diamond presented it.

Luna said that it was too bad that Diamond wasn't the real princess. She asked Serena if she was ready to go, and Serena wanted to stay a little longer. She had a dream.

Serena and Tuxedo Mask were on the balcony. Serena was beautiful in the moonlight, and Tuxedo Mask leaned to kiss her...
