Sailor Moon episode 20

Nephlite's darkness was becoming light. He was sitting on a chair in his house, and was pondering why the Star Crystal kept reacting to Molly Baker. He realized that he was getting soft. He then realized that Sailor Moon knew who Molly was, and said that maybe she could lead him to her. Zoicite was watching in the shadows.

That night, Nephlite appeared in Molly's room. The Star Crystal began to react again, and he thought that maybe the Imperium Silver Crystal could be inside her. He used the crystal to peer into her body, and it wasn't there. As he was leaving, Molly saw him, and called out to Maxfield Stanton.

"My name's not Maxfield Stanton." Nephlite said.

"My real name is Nephlite."

He said that he had lived with evil for too long, and that he wanted to fight on the side of good. He asked her if she knew who Sailor Moon was. She didn't know, and Nephlite immediately thought that Molly didn't believe him. She said that she did believe him, and she began to cry. She believed him, but she didn't know...

Nephlite disappeared, and Molly was still crying. Nephlite hadn't gone far, though, and thought to himself that if Molly knew who Sailor Moon was, then she would find a way to contact her.

Zoicite stood on a building, disgust building up within her soul. Nephlite had fallen in love with a human. She called on three of her minions, three ninjas, and asked their opinions. The three ninjas agreed, of course, and one of the ninjas suggested an attack on Nephlite. Zoicite said that it was better to wait, as Nephlite was a powerful opponent. She said that they would attack him in a more subtle way.

Molly was wondering how to find Sailor Moon. She had an idea.

RING!!! RING!!! went the telephone at Serena's house in the middle of the night. She picked up the receiver, and it was Molly. Molly told Serena about her conversation with Nephlite, and said that he could be in danger. Serena asked what kind of danger, and Molly began sobbing uncontrollably. A silhouette appeared in Molly's room. Molly thanked Serena for listening, and hung up. The silhouette was Nephlite, and he said to himself, in suspicion only, the identity of Sailor Moon.

"Serena."

Serena and Luna were running as fast as they could, and Luna ran ahead. As soon as Luna was out of sight, the road ahead of Serena began to twist, and warp. Serena knew it was Nephlite's doing. She didn't see anyone nearby, so her voice rang out, with a vibrancy and soul that struck fear into all the evils.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

Sailor Moon appeared, and she heard a laugh. Nephlite had seen the entire transformation, and now knew who Sailor Moon was. Sailor Moon asked him not to tell anyone, and Nephlite said that she was not going to live very much longer. He blasted with a bolt of energy, and missed Sailor Moon by a millimeter. He was about to finish Sailor Moon, but a rose flew down, and interrupted him. It was Tuxedo Mask. Tuxedo Mask wanted to fight, but Nephlite heard a voice.

"Somebody help me!"

It was Molly. Nephlite said that now that he knew who Sailor Moon was, he could attack at any time. Sailor Moon was worried, and Tuxedo Mask told her not to.

Luna saw it. A ninja had taken young Molly Baker, and left. Meanwhile, Nephlite appeared in Molly's room. Molly wasn't there, and he saw a note. He grew angry, because it was Zoicite's doing. It was a proposal. His Star Crystal for Molly's life. He burned the note in anger at Zoicite.

In an old building that was deserted, called RAG TIME, the three ninjas held young Molly. She was helpless before them, and one of them asked what Nephlite saw in her. They were waiting for Nephlite, and he walked in. They immediately attacked. One of the ninjas threw bombs at him, and missed. Another of the ninjas attacked with sound waves, and it barely did anything to Nephlite. The bombs flew at him again, but he wasn't injured. He hit the ninja that threw the bombs, and hit the ninja that mastered the sound waves. He drew out a sword, and charged the third ninja, whose arm was a giant thorn. He ran closer, and closer, and stopped, his sword right across the ninja's throat. He told the ninjas to tell Zoicite that he would never give up his Star Crystal. They left, and Nephlite took Molly.

Outside, Molly was glad that he had saved her. He said that he didn't know why, and that he had been lying to her from the beginning. Molly saw a wound on Nephlite's shoulder, and she lead him to a park.

In the park, Molly had Nephlite sit down. She took her pajama shirt, and tore it, creating a bandage for Nephlite. Molly revealed that one of her secret dreams was to eat a chocolate parfait with him. Nephlite said that they should, and then Molly asked,

"Do they have any holidays in that evil society of yours?"

The two laughed.

Nephlite and Molly were happy. Not good. At least not for them. The three ninjas attacked Nephlite before he could do anything. The ninja that used the thorn hit him hard, and he was impaled in the shoulder. The thorns were of Negaverse creation, and would drain all his energy until he was dust. Molly had to save her love. Nephlite told her to run, but she wouldn't, and she began to pull on the thorn. The ninja said that no human could pull out the thorn, and Molly kept pulling on the thorn until it began to move. The ninja of bombs tried to blast them, and Nephlite took Molly, and dove out of the way. Nephlite was covered in blood, and it was green. He could feel his life draining away, but he couldn't leave Molly now. Zoicite appeared, and laughed at the traitor.

"Not only do you lose your life, but you lose your girlfriend too!" She taunted.

She took the Star Crystal, and left, saying,

"We do not tolerate traitors."

Nephlite said that Zoicite was heartless. Nephlite turned to Molly, and told her to go, but she refused again. She would not leave her love to die. The ninja of the thorns was about to attack, when three voices were heard.

The Sailor Scouts were on the scene. The ninjas wasted no time in trying to finish them off. The ninja of the thorn attacked first, and missed. The ninja of the sound wave attacked, and disoriented the Sailor Scouts. The ninja of the bomb attacked, but they were easily countered.

"MERCURY BUBBLES BLAST!!!"

The bombs fell to the ground. Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars took care of the ninjas.

"MOON TIARA MAGIC!!!"

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!!"

The flying tiara was charged with the fire of Mars, and the impact was enough to kill all the ninjas.

Nephlite was dying. There was no way around it, but Molly knew that he had to be all right. He promised Sailor Moon that her identity would be safe. Sailor Moon was shocked to see that Nephlite was no longer the same. He said to Molly that he lied again, because they wouldn't go for chocolate parfait. Molly began to cry, and Nephlite apologized for ever lying to her. He asked her one last thing. That she doesn't forget him. Molly began to cry, saying that it would be all right. Nephlite's spirit began to leave his body in a spectacular array of lights, and Molly kept crying. Nephlite's body had completely disappeared, leaving behind a small memento: The bandage that she had made for him. Molly, Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Mars cried, as Nephlite's spirit rose into the sky in a pillar of light, to be seen by all who had lived, died, and had yet to live.
