Episode title: An Artful Attack

Serena and Luna were in a park, talking. Serena said to Luna that because Tuxedo Mask had a Rainbow Crystal, didn't mean that he was the enemy. The person that Serena was waiting for came. It was Molly, and she had a surprise for Serena. They left, and Serena almost dropped the Crescent Moon Wand in the river. Luna caught it, and went after Serena.

Molly and Serena were at an art gallery. The artist was exhibiting her paintings, but was nowhere to be seen. Molly and Serena looked at a painting entitled, "Self Portrait as a Moon Princess". Melvin came up to them, and offered to list the chemical elements in paint. Molly said that she heard that if you buy one of the paintings, all your romantic dreams would come true. Serena wanted to plaster her walls with them. Molly said that the person in the painting looked like Serena, and she said that the hair wasn't quite as nice. Melvin said that the artist, a woman named Lonnie Lenai, never came to her exhibits. Serena said that if she painted that well, she couldn't stay away. Molly agreed, saying that Serena was a ham. Meanwhile, a lady in glasses was looking at the people who were admiring her paintings. She said to herself that she'd never find the right models.

The woman passed by two girls and a boy, and over heard them.

"I'll bet she's as beautiful as her paintings!" Serena said.

"She could be a he!" Molly said in reply. The lady laughed to herself. Serena and Molly saw a picture of a man and a woman. Serena almost recognized the man. Meanwhile, outside, Darien was walking down the street, and saw the exact same picture in the gallery window. He felt something strong. The picture had the man and woman flying by the Moon, and the man was in a tuxedo...

People were walking out of the gallery, and the lady in glasses followed. Darien, while looking at the picture, backed into the lady. They apologized, and the lady couldn't believe what she saw.

Inside, Molly saw Darien talking to a strange girl. Serena went to annoy him, and Molly said that Serena was a ditz.

"Yes," Melvin agreed, "she's unquestionably that biggest ditz I've ever known, but that's part of her charm."

He asked Molly if it was true about the paintings.

Outside, the young lady asked Darien if he would pose for her. Darien asked her if she was nuts, and she said that she was a local artist. Serena came up to them, and said that she was going to tell Raye about this. Then, the lady grabbed Serena's shirt. Serena asked her to let go, and she did. She asked them to model for her.

They arrived at the artist's house, and went in. Serena was amazed at the place. The woman went to get some cocoa, and Darien said that he couldn't stay too long. Serena said that it would be fun, like the days that he used to model. She looked at a painting, and recognized it from the gallery. She said it out loud, and in the kitchen, the woman dropped a tray. Serena asked if the woman was related to Lonnie Lenai, and the woman said that Lonnie Lenai was not a real person. The woman's name was Peggy Jones, and she had made a fake name for herself to sell her paintings. The reason was that she started paintings under her own name, and bombed. She then started a new series of paintings as Lonnie Lenai, and she did very well. Serena asked if it felt bad that no-one knew that it was her, and Peggy said that it would've been nice to use her real name, but she was selling her work to keep painting. And, she wasn't glamorous. After a little arguing, Serena and Darien sat next to each other on a sofa. Darien was about to leave, when Peggy said that all she needed them for was a quick sketch. She said that she sketched quickly, and Darien agreed to stay.

Luna was carrying the Crescent Moon Wand, and was looking for Serena.

Peggy was done the sketching. Serena took a peak, and was amazed. Darien was amazed that Serena hadn't klutzed out during the entire session, and she stuck her tongue out at him. Serena asked what Peggy thought about when she was painting. She said that all she thought about was making people happy. That was her prime goal. He ideas came to her in her dreams. Serena said that it was uncool, that no-one knew who she was. Peggy said that it wasn't important, and that Serena was pretty, and had it all. Darien agreed, but not when it came to coordination. He said that popularity and romance were over-rated, and the more you stay away, the less chance you have of being hurt. Serena went to the paintings, and dug one out. She showed it to Darien, telling him if it did anything to him on the inside. Darien looked at it, and was shocked. It was a painting called "Until we Meet Again", and it featured a princess giving her prince a small locket. Serena said that it looked like it would play beautiful music.

"Though only for them." Darien said.

Zoicite was on a building, and looked over the city. She knew that the young woman would be a warrior of the Negaverse.

Serena and Peggy were walking, and Serena asked if Peggy didn't mind that she finished off the entire apple pie. Peggy said,

"That's why I made it."

They continued to walk, and saw some girls, and they said that they thought that the artist had to be as beautiful as her paintings. The girls left, and Serena said that they were right. She said that Peggy couldn't create beautiful paintings if she weren't beautiful inside and out. Serena had to go, and Peggy looked in the window. She remember Serena's words.

While Serena was running, excited that she was going to be in an art show, Luna stopped her. Serena asked Luna if she had gotten a new wand, and Luna said no. Luna said that of all the Sailor Scouts, she was the only one who would almost drop the Crescent Moon Wand in a river. Serena told Luna not to compare her to the others, and ran off. Luna said that Serena was finally developing a back bone.

Serena was running, and noticed the alarm on the Wand. She followed it.

At Peggy's, Zoicite was standing in Peggy's window. Peggy asked what she wanted, and asked if it was money. Zoicite said that she was after something much more valuable, and Peggy suspected Zoicite to be an art thief. Zoicite got out the Black Crystal, and took the Rainbow Crystal from inside Peggy. Peggy transformed into a monster named Vena.

Serena was outside, and saw the entire thing. She went to help her new friend.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

Zoicite and Vena went to a construction site. Sailor Moon appeared, and Vena attacked by taking feathers off her wings, and drawing rocks above Sailor Moon. She dodged, and just as Sailor Moon was about to be finished, Tuxedo Mask came, and got her out of the way. The rock crashed to the ground. Zoicite was furious, and left, Tuxedo Mask chased her. Sailor Moon pleaded to Peggy, saying,

"It's me, Serena. I'm Sailor Moon!"

Vena drew some snakes, but they didn't hit their target.

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!"

Vena wasn't going to give up. Even tough the Sailor Scouts appeared, she drew more rocks, and Mercury tried to stop her.

"MERCURY BUBBLES BLAST!!"

The Sailor Scouts held of Vena while Sailor Moon went to get the Rainbow Crystal.

Meanwhile, Tuxedo Mask and Zoicite were fighting for the Rainbow Crystal. Tuxedo Mask got it, and Zoicite blasted him, and sent a crystal flying toward him. Sailor Moon saw it, and shattered the crystal.

"MOON TIARA MAGIC!!"

Zoicite retreated with the Rainbow Crystal.

Sailor Moon asked if Tuxedo Mask was all right, and he said yes. Sailor Moon dropped the locket, and said that Tuxedo Mask dropped it during a fight. She asked if he wanted it back, and he said that he'd probably lose it again. Sailor Moon kept it. Sailor Moon asked Tuxedo Mask if he would give her his Rainbow Crystal, and he coldly refused. He left, and Serena said that he was cold, like Darien. "No way!" she exclaimed, "Darien can't be Tuxedo Mask!"

At the construction site, where the battle was taking place, Sailor Jupiter attacked.

"JUPITER THUNDERBOLTS CRASH!!"

One of Vena's wings was singed off. Sailor Moon came, and saw the situation. She looked at her friend, and healed her.

"MOON HEALING ACTIVATION!!!"

Peggy was returned to the world, and she saw four forms rise into the sky.

The next day, at the gallery, Serena and Darien went in. They saw Peggy putting up some new paintings. Serena saw an amazing painting.

"When did you paint this?" Serena asked.

Peggy said that it was painted after they talked, and she said that Lonnie Lenai was finished. All her paintings would have her name on them, and Serena was glad for her new friend. The painting that had once been "Self-Portrait as a Moon Princess", was now a picture of the most beautiful thing in a person: The person.
