Sailor Moon Episode 131

On a sunny day, Amy was walking around town, trying to decide if she should study at home, or at the library. She waved at Darien when he came out of a building, and stopped in amazement when a girl came out with him. He thanked the woman, and she told him to call anytime. She handed him a key. Before the girl went back to work, Amy came up to both of them.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Amy exclaimed.

"Hi there Amy." Darien said.

"You should be ashamed of yourself!" Amy shouted angrily. "What's that key? You're awful, Darien, and as Serena's friend, I want you to know that I just won't overlook this!"

Darien and the girl stared at Amy confused.

Later, Amy and the very same girl she shouted at were working at a car garage. They finished and went for a break. Meanwhile, the girls were spying on them from behind a large pile of tires. They were amazed that Amy could actually work on a car. Lita hoped that Amy worked part time, because otherwise, her hands would become stained with grease. Suddenly, the tire pile started to wobble and sway. The girls were able to stabilize it. Rini observed that Amy liked to do work on cars. Serena just thought it wasn't an Amy thing.

"Hey, Serena." A voice said. Serena looked behind her and saw Darien. "Why are you guys hiding behind all the tires?" He asked. Serena waved at Darien, and the entire pile of tires came crashing down. Amy and the girl went to see what had happened. After the girls had been freed of the tire pile, Raye talked to Darien.

"So, what's up with you two-timing Serena with this girl?" Raye asked. Serena was startled, and spat her tea out all over Darien.

"Two timing?" Darien repeated, cleaning off his face. "What do you mean?"

"Tell me the truth, Darien!" Serena shouted.

Rini continued, "Even if Serena is a boring, immature, selfish brat, I still think it's wrong for you to kiss another!"

"Why you little...!!!"

"Maybe we should all shut our traps and give Darien a chance to explain this?" Lita suggested.

Mina whispered to Raye. "So, I guess he's one of those guys." She said. Raye nodded.

Amy explained that the girl, Natsumi, was Darien's mechanic and nothing more. Natsumi had fixed Darien's car, and since his apartment and the garage were so close, she decided to drive it to his place and give him the key. Amy apologized for the mixup.

"Ah, forget it, Amy!" Serena said happily. "I never ever thought Darien would do that to me!"

"Oh yeah?" Raye said. "And whose big idea was it to hide behind those tires, huh?"

Serena and Raye began fighting again. Darien said to Natsumi that it seemed that progress was going on the old car she and Amy had been working on.

"It's a big dream I have." Natsumi said, looking at a piece of junk car that didn't even have any wheels. "I had hoped by next year, it would be where it's looking and running like new again."

Natsumi complimented Amy for her compitent help, but Amy stayed humble. Natsumi pointed out that if it weren't for Amy's great learning skills and ability, the car would not have been where it was. As the girls cheered Amy on and talked about the car, nobody noticed Zircon, hidden out of sight. It looked at Natsumi, and took a picture.

"Ah, she's beautiful." Hawk's Eye said. He was staring at a picture of Natsumi. Tiger's Eye and Fish Eye looked at the picture.

"She's an older gal." Tiger's Eye said.

"Oh, no way!" Fish Eye said, disgusted. "You picked a grease monkey? You're such a loser, choosing someone unrefined like a mechanic."

Hawk's Eye laughed. He told the two that he thought that Natsumi was the perfect candidate because

"Cause her dream is to be young with a new job?" Tiger's Eye said.

"No you fool!" Hawk's Eye said, infuriated. "She happens to be the number one choice, top banana blue ribbon best buy, simply because she's now reasonably single again!"

The Trio saw how Natsumi could be a prime target.

That night, Natsumi was working on her car. She glanced up at the rear view mirror, where there was a picture of her husband. She sadly recalled the day when her husband had brought in the car for the first time. It was even worse off than she had it now. Her husband wanted to, at the time, turn it into a fully functional, running car.

"No husband?" Serena said. Darien was driving her home.

"No." He replied. "They started their auto repair business together about three years ago. But soon after it got going, her husband became ill. Now she runs it."

"How sad that they worked together for such a short time, and then they used all their spare time to try to restore that classic car." Amy said.

Serena saw why Natsumi was so dedicated to the car. Darien asked Amy if she planned on working on the vehicle to the end. Amy replied that she would work on it until the end, because as she did work on it, she realized what a change of pace it was, and she wanted to see it working anyway.

That night, Rini was in her room talking with Pegasus. She asked him why Amy was helping Natsumi when her dream was to be a doctor.

"Oh, people can have more than one dream.Sometimes they have many dreams." Pegasus replied. Rini looked at him confused. "Maybe right now, she dreams of helping someone else fulfil their dream."

"Someone else's dream? I wonder. Can I have a nice dream like that?"

"In time, I'm sure you will." Said Pegasus. With that, he disappeared.

The next day, Amy and Natsumi were working on the car. Another car pulled up across the street. The man driving it got out and asked the girls to look at his engine. When Natsumi looked at the man, she saw that he looked like Tomokasu, her deceased husband. The man sneered to himself, as it was Hawk's Eye in disguise.

This is perfect! He thought. She seems to be falling right into my little trap!

Suddenly, Natsumi passed out, unable to take everything that had suddenly mounted itself on her shoulders.

Natsumi had been taken to a hospital, where she was being treated for exhaustion.

"Seems she's overworked herself on her business and that car." Lita said after Amy explained the situation.

"Well, she's forced to get some rest now." Darien said. Amy looked sadly to the floor.

Meanwhile, Natsumi was lying in her bed, telling herself that Tomokasu was not there, that she just missed him. The door opened, and the man she had seen before came in.

That evening, Amy stood outside Natsumi's garage, staring at the lifeless hulk that was Natsumi's dream. She wanted more than anything to help Natsumi's dream stay alive.

The disguised Hawk's Eye was lying to Natsumi about a fake past in which he lost his wife, so he knew what she was going through. He begged Natsumi not to work so hard and sell her garage. Meanwhile, Rini was coming up to the door to Natsumi's room, and listened to the conversation. The man asked Natsumi to come on a cruise with him. Before he could attempt to steal her Dream Mirror, Rini burst in.

"No!" She shouted, running to Natsumi. "Natsumi, your dream is to restore that car! If you give up your garage and your dream, you'll always regret your decision, and you know it!"

"Really?" Natsumi said. "I think you're right."

Hawk's Eye told Rini not to interrupt him, and Rini told Natsumi not to sell the garage. She informed Natsumi that Serena and the others were working on the car. Natsumi got up to leave, but Hawk's Eye told her to rest. Natsumi asked to be driven to her garage. Upon arriving, she saw the entire crew of girls working on the care tirelessly. They weren't exactly adept at it, but the car hadn't fallen into worse condition than it was.

"The girls felt badly for your mishap and so they made progress while you rested." Rini said. "It's funny. Now, repairing that old car seems to have become everyone's dream, not just your dream."

"It's just a hunk of junk." Hawk's Eye said, getting out of his car. "Don't take it so seriously. You don't need to repair this pile of bolts anymore. Tell you what. You can drive my car."

"I can't go with you." Natsumi said. "I'm sorry. I have to run this garage and work on that old heap. I've had this dream too many years, and now it's time to come true. It's important to me. And, to others."

"You're coming with me!" Hawk's Eye growled. He grabbed Natsumi, and Natsumi screamed. The girls heard her, and watched as Hawk's Eye sped off with Natsumi in his car. The girls ran after them, and Mina banged her head as she went. They looked down the street, wondering how to catch up to them. Then, Darien came up in his newly fixed car, and the girls climbed in. They began their pursuit.

Their pursuit had lead them to the Tokyo bay area. Hawk's Eye had to lose his pursuers. When Darien pulled his car alongside Hawk's Eye's, Hawk's Eye slammed into Darien's car, sending the red car into a pile of fruit crates. Natsumi told Hawk's Eye to stop, but he refused. Natsumi was getting angry.

"I'm ashamed I ever thought you were Tomokasu!" She said. "You're just a scrawny little coward who preys on women!"

Hawk's Eye stopped the car and sneered at Natsumi. He ripped off his fake beard, and Natsumi jumped out of the car and started running. Hawk's Eye snapped his fingers, and Natsumi was tripped by binding ropes around her ankles. He walked up to her and revealed his true form.

"One! Two! Three!"

Natsumi was trapped, and her Dream Mirror appeared. Rini, Amy and Serena ran up and saw the scene.

"MERCURY STAR POWER!"

"MOON COSMIC DREAM ACTION!"

Hawk's Eye was about to look into Natsumi's Dream Mirror when the voice of Sailor Mercury stopped him.

"How dare you invade someone's life and dreams!" Mercury shouted.

"What?"

"She's right!" Another voice rang out. Hawk's Eye looked and saw two shadowed forms.

"Life is too short! No room for creeps like you destroying what we've worked for!" Sailor Moon shouted. "We're the Sailor Scouts!"

"And we stand for Love and Justice!" Mini Moon shouted.

"I'm Sailor Moon!"

"And I'm Sailor Mini Moon!"

"And on behalf of the moon, we shall punish you!"

"SHINE AQUA ILLUSION!"

Hawk's Eye produced his torch that he had used once before, and spat a giant flame at Mercury's attack. The clash of the powers cancelled each other out. Hawk's Eye called forth his Remlis. It was a monster that swung upon a trapeze. Hawk's Eye ordered the Remlis to attack the Sailor Scouts. It threw large bars at the Sailor Scouts, and the Sailor Scouts caught them. Suddenly, the bars were attached to ropes, and the girls were hoisted high into the air. Without a safety net, Sailor Moon became afraid when the Remlis generated a pair of scissors. It swung at Sailor Moon and cut the strings holding her up. Sailor Moon started to fall, but luckily, Sailor Mercury was able to catch her friend. The monster started to swing back, and Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon tried to swing out of the monster's reach, to no avail. The strings were cut, and the Sailor Scouts started falling. Not for long though, as they were caught by Sailor Mini Moon.

While the Sailor Scouts hung high above, Hawk's Eye looked at Natsumi's dreams. He did not find Pegasus. He told the Remlis to get rid of the Sailor Scouts. The monster swung at the three hanging Sailor Scouts, ready to cut the strings, but a rose hit it, knocking the scissors out of its hands. Sailor Mini Moon's tiny arms couldn't support their wait, so the Sailor Scouts started falling again. Again they were saved, as Tuxedo Mask swung out of nowhere seemingly, and caught Sailor Moon. The Sailor Scouts were safe.

"Sailor Moon, you seem to have gained a little weight." Tuxedo Mask said. Sailor Moon blushed. After being informed that it was the weight of two more Sailor Scouts, Tuxedo Mask realized where all the weight was coming from, and helped the girls get down and onto the rooftop of a building. The monster swung at them on its trapeze, and tried to cut them, but missed as the team stepped back out of range. As it swung away, Sailor Mini Moon stepped forward.

"Please, Pegasus! Protector of Dreams!"

"CRYSTAL TWINKLE BELL!"

"MOON GORGEOUS MEDITATION!"

The monster was destroyed, and Hawk's Eye left the scene.

The next day, the car was finished, and looking brand new. All that was left was to start it for the first time. Natsumi put the key in the ignition and tried to start the engine. The engine struggled and struggled. Amy put her hands together and sort of prayed for the car to start. Finally, the car started and Natsumi rolled it out of the garage. As it left the garage for the first time, Serena and Rini walked alongside it. Suddenly, the engine exploded, covering Serena and Rini in dust and soot. The engine was a mess. Amy and Natsumi looked at each other for a moment, and started laughing.

"Thank you so much, Amy." Natsumi said. "I won't give up! I have lots of time, so I'll just keep trying and trying and trying. At least I'm a lot closer, thanks to you!"

Amy smiled. "I'm glad." She said.

The girls all shared a laugh at the poor car that was to always come closer and closer to realizing a dream.
