Dr. Tomo:
Dr. Soichi Tomo is a strange man who lives in Tokyo's sewers. He is often seen
in front of a large array of test tubes, each creating special eggs called
Daimon. When he sends the eggs out to become monsters, they are called
Heart Snatchers. His ultimate goal is to find an ancient artifact called
the Purity Chalice. To do that, he must extract the heart crystals of people
with pure hearts. The Chalice can be brought forth by three talisman, which
will be extracted from the right people's hearts. His plans for the Chalice
are to bring forth the Sovereign of Silence, to lock the world in an eternal
slumber and rule it.
Kaori:
Sometimes called Kaorinite, Kaori is Dr. Tomo's assistant. She is
often in charge of supervising the Heart Snatchers while they're on
their missions. She is as charming and deadly as she is beautiful.
While she is loyal, she is also very powerful. Her mastery of magic
is quite astounding, as she can simply snap her fingers and rain
lightning bolts upon her foes. Also, she is able to control the
Heart Snatchers with a snap of her fingers. Kaorinite is killed by
the Sailor Scouts at Tokyo Tower, but is revived by Dr. Tomo.
She is Dr. Tomo's assistant, and caretaker of Hotaru Tomo. She
discourages Hotaru to no end, and when Mistress Nine is discovered,
Kaorinite is her first victim, once and for all.
Eudial:
Prounounced "Yu-Dee-il", Eudial becomes Dr. Tomo's new assistant
when Kaori is killed by Sailor Uranus. She works on her computer
at the Witches 5 Research Center, where she makes Heart Snatchers
by infusing Daimon pods with objects in an odd technological oven.
Her method of extracting people's Heart Crystals is to shoot them
with a large gun, which is quick and efficient. If trouble should
arise, she releases the Heart Snatcher and gets away in her car.
Mimet:
Mimet is simply one of Dr. Tomo's assistants at the Witches 5 Research
Laboratories. She took over for Eudial after she removed the brakes to
Eudial's car. With Eudial gone, she was able to take over Dr. Tomo's work.
Her method of gathering Heart Crystals is to use specially made Heart Snatchers
that are built to swallow the Heart Crystals after getting them out of
their targets. Though she is small and quite mousey, Mimet is quite
wiley and cunning.
Telulu:
Telulu's appearance, though brief, serves as a reminder as to how dangerous
Dr. Tomo and the Heart Snatchers can be. Her powers seem to revolve around
plantlife and their characteristics. She only executed one plan, and was
killed as a result of it. Because she was only around for one mission, it
is difficult to discern any personal facts about her. She did however, kill
the unscrupulous Mimet, by unplugging a machine made by Eudial. As a result,
Mimet ceased to exist, leaving Telulu in charge. Telulu's method of capturing
Heart Crystals was to use her plants, called Teluan Flowers, and extract the
Crystals with their power. However, Telulu's monster plant, whom she calls
Bertha, trapped her, and she used her strange vine power
to hit the monster with energy. As a result, she was killed by her own energies.
Viruet:
Like Telulu, Viruet was only able to execute one mission. Her plan was to take
the Heart Crystals of all the students at Mugen School, which is owned by Dr.
Tomo. Using the band on her wrist, called a Nanno Cuff, or "Nanno", she was
able to activate a large machine to extract people's Heart Crystals. Super
Sailor Moon was able to reverse the powers of the band, and Viruet ended up
destroying herself.
Cyprine
and Petirol: Cyprine (Left) and Petirol (Right) are two twins who were
Dr. Tomo's last assistants from the Witches 5 and Bureau of Bad Behavior.
Together, their power is almost unbeatable, but seperated, they are too weak
to take on the Sailor Scouts. Luckily for them however, they love cooperating
with each other, as if to work together on a common goal. Their method of
capturing Heart Crystals was to use computers inside classrooms on the students,
and to store the Crystal inside the screen. They were beaten quickly by the Sailor
Scouts, who managed to seperate the twins, and trick them into blasting each other.
Mistress 9 (Nine):
Mistress Nine is none other than the dreaded Sovereign of Silence. Mistress Nine
is an entity that inhabited the body of Hotaru Tomo when Hotaru was a baby girl.
Since then, Mistress Nine has been searching for the power of Heart Crystals to
sustain her, and bring her forth to rule the planet. She is finally awakened when
Hotaru swallows Rini's Heart Crystal, and is completely recharged when Sailor Moon
produces the Purity Chalice in her presence. When she brought forth her master, Pharoah
Ninety, she was betrayed. The power of Sailor Saturn inside Hotaru though, was
able to destroy the Mistress Nine entity once and for all, leaving nothing behind.
Master Pharoah 90 (Ninety):
Master Pharoah Ninety is called by Dr. Tomo "The Ruler of Dimensions". Pharoah Ninety seems
to be neither male, or female, nor does this entity have a human form. Upon looking at it,
Pharoah Ninety seems to be a large black orb, with tentacles moving about around it. It
is the entity that makes a deal with Dr. Tomo. It promised to save Hotaru and Dr. Tomo if it
could have their minds and bodies in return. Tomo agreed, and Pharoah Ninety possessed Tomo
via a very odd eye-shape etched into the Doctor's glasses. When Mistress Nine is awakened,
this prerequisite allows Pharoah Ninety passage into the Earth world. Before Pharoah Ninety
can arrive fully though, Sailor Saturn appears from nowhere, and with the help of Sailor Moon,
is destroyed.
