Chicken, cut into small saute pieces
Santan
Thai curry paste
Ginger, grated
Lemon grass
Lime leaves
Salt and Ajinomoto
Heat the santan in a sautoir.
Add the curry paste, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaves, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boil and add the chicken. Simmer until chicken is done.
Adjust seasoning and arrange on a gratin dish.
Serve with white rice.
