Sailorsaturn

Sailorsaturn is arguably the most powerful of the senshi, even though she is physically the weakest. She is the daughter of Professor Tomoe, who becomes Pharaoh 90 and forces her transformation into Mistress 9, the Messiah of Silence, through a ritual involving Chibi Usa's heart crystal. Pharaoh 90 must be destroyed, but Hotaru is reborn because of her destiny and is raised by Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna in the manga. Hotaru is very weak as a young child and in her first reincarnation, her body is filled with mechanical devices designed by her father to keep her alive and healthy (manga).
