16/09/2002 - Well I've started getting back into weight training :)
Anyway I've been training for 5 months now.
I set a Deadlift PR of 405lbs on the 12/09/2002 !!

 17/05/2002 - Well I've been slack and now the mp3 page links are dead,
my ISP deleted my webspace by accident, GRRRR! :(
Well I'll have to fix that up.

Some of you people are wondering when and if I will
ever finish off my CM mods, hmm I don't know myself.
So much to do so little time!! :(

26/02/2002 - Added some MP3 audio demos of my Keyboards and Synths
Mostly short songs and basic tunes to give you an idea
as to how they sound.
