Presea
			Presea is the supreme Pharle, or weapon maker, in Cephiro. She is the only Pharle who can make weapons from the legendary mineral Escudo and thus, she is very important as she is the only person in Cephiro that can give the Magic Knights the Escudo weapons. Presea is the caretaker of Mokona, before the arrival of the Magic Knight, and that marshmellow thing is given by Clef. Unfortunately, to Presea, Mokona always makes a mess of her house and she makes a lot of traps to capture it and torture that seijyuu for her own enjoyment. Sometimes Presea is dreaming too much of her fantasy that she tends to ignore the things around her in real life.
