Haruka is very athletic, and especially loves fast sports, like car and motorcycle racing. She appears in the 3rd season along with Michiru, and is very boyishly handsome-the Inners instantly had a crush on her (thinking that she was a he!) She attended Mugen Gakuen ("Infinity Academy") until it was destroyed at the end of the 3rd season, then (in the manga) she transferred to Juuban High School. She and Michiru were awakened as Sailor Senshi to find the three talismans located in the pure hearts of people, knowing full well taking them will kill those people. They then found out two of the talismans were located in themselves! Haruka had the sword, which she uses in her Space Sword Blaster attack. She is very stubborn and takes her job as a Sailor Senshi very seriously, never letting anything, no matter how painful, stop her from completing her job. She is devoted to Neptune, but they both agree that they mustn't let their feelings for each other ruin and task they must complete. | |

Frail and fragile, Hotaru had no friends until she met Chibiusa. He was raising his daughter to become the Messiah to destroy the world, and she was also under the control of aliens. She quickly became an adult and was about to use her powers to destroy the world, but Sailor Moon saved her and together they fought the aliens. She quickly matured into the age she was supposed to be, and gave Sailor Moon a power up. As Sailor Saturn, she has the power to destroy the world, and her awakening as a Sailor Senshi foretold the end of the world. She is much stronger as a Senshi, and always has a calm look on her face during fights. She is very unsympathetic, and she knows her true job is to kill everything on the planet to create the "Silence."
